Questionable Redemption Practices
Initially the site was fine, I had gotten a few withdrawals before no issue. KYC'd and everything, they have any information they would need to process a redemption. Now, my most recent withdrawal has been pending since June 8th (it is now June 21st btw!) and when I've reached out to support, they're claiming to do some sort of "routine account review." There should not be any sort of issue with my account for this to even be happening. Play elsewhere on a platform where they don't disrespect your time and intelligence.
Edit: they STILL have not processed my redemption after almost an entire month. Shameless.

Do not use Lonestar - they've been claiming that my redemption has been paid out and it shows as that in my account, but I don't have anything in my bank account. The whole "check with your bank" is such a stupid response because my bank can't give me information on a transaction that they didn't receive. I should have known that this was going to be difficult with the trouble I had during the KYC verification process and now I'm dealing with more trouble with this. I have had the most horrible and negative experience with Longstar casino. I actually had 3 redemptions and that was over a month ago I have got paid for one, the other says it was paid to my card but bank has no record of it on top of it was not even listed or paid on the redemption site on longstar. The other redemption I was told it was put back on my account but that was false because there is only a 5 cent balance on account and $220. Was redemption amount. I have not received any help with getting my money all they tell me is lies and have been getting the run around over 18 days now. You think Customers relations would try to contact me and resolve the issue but that has not happened they just basically held onto my money that I won and lined their pockets!!!! I finally won money and lonestar is acting like they dont want to pay!!!!
I really liked Lonestar Casino at first bc they have a lot of good games and they give daily bonuses. I always purchase coin packages but hadnt had any luck winning until 06/14/2026 , I purchased a coin package and finally won around $1000 so I decided to redeem $930. I didnt hear from them so i emailed them on 06/16 and they responded asking me to send in a pic of my debit card that I made2 purchases with in May of 2026 and they included 4 digits of a card i didnt use so i responded and told them the 4 digits they have listed is not correct and i gave them the correct 4 digits along with the picture of the card showing my name , exp date and the card number and i covered the digits they asked me to cover. Well they respond back and said that it is incorrect and i emailed them my statement with the 2 purchases highlighted that they inquired about so now Im waiting on them to respond back. I use the same card i always use unless i pay with apple pay but 90% of my purchases are made with the card i sent them. The card ending with the 4 digits they asked me to send in , I dont have and i have never had and i told them to please verify the card info again bc an error was made on their end and i have not had a card ending with those 4 digits . So i dont know what to do but i know this isnt right at all and i honestly feel like they are not going to pay me and that is not right. I have won several times on RealPrize Casino and i think they are connected some how but Realprize has never done anything like this , they asked me to very my card and i did and Realprize paid . Well i will be sure to update everyone when i hear back from lonestar casino payout department!!!!!

As of now they get 2 stars. I will update later depending on if I ever get my redemption. I’ve played so many social sites and NEVER had to wait this long for a redemption especially after verification approval and sending documents. Quick to get your money but not quick to send is insane. Especially if you’re getting paid on the same card that you paid for sc with.
Update: I was so scared that my money wouldn’t come but it did, 4 stars because overall it’s a fun and great site but I can’t give the five stars ⭐️ because it actually takes longer for money to hit your account unlike other social casinos that hit same day or the next. Never thought I'd say this about lonestar but wow, redemption times here are starting to get outrageous. Literally industry worst times when it comes to redemption speed.
