What can I say!! ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE GUYS!! Can’t Thankyou all enough for the amount of help you provided me and my family. From service to help, everything is super smooth, they inform you about slight delays in regards to results but sort out any issues you have.

TOP TOP TOP Service, compared to a lot of others who really don’t care at all.

Worst ever!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would have done so.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
No result received, no one answering our phone calls. Paying that much for no result at all and in this current environment, its a shame!

An absolute fraud of a company. Please be vigilant while dealing with them. They are likely to lose your sample so cover your tracks i.e. take pictures where appropriate. There are NO refunds as well.

* I paid for a test and never get the result !
* I tried to contact them several time ( emails & phone calls) and they never respond!
* I received an email after 3 weeks informed me that the result sent in the same day , when I asked for a prove they ignored me. They did not mentioned that they have the wrong email
* I contacted them on Instagram page and they informed me that it’s my mistake because I entered the wrong email!
* When I asked them why you have not respond to my email / calls I informed them that !
* I informed them that I’m escalate the issue to Health Service Ombudsman .
They mentioned we are not following them!

Absolutely appalling. Paid for a Day 2 test prior to travelling. When trying to organise the test for my return, nobody would answer the phone. The only contact was via wotsapp messages. I had to spend several days texting backwards & forwards to many different people until eventually I was provided with my code to register on the Government website and told I would receive the test by post for my day 2. My day 2 has arrived, but no test through the post! Now I am left trying to contact somebody via wotsapp again to try to get a test before I am in breach of Government regulations! So much stress when they already had my money up front. Don't bother with this company is my advice. Find a more reputable provider. Absolutely appalling and no customer service whatsoever.

just such an awful service. avoid at all costs. i paid for my family of five to do the day 2 + 5. £800 in total.
when we get to the shop in east finchley chemist at the Cootes chemist we are told to sit in the back office, no ref numbers, no checking, no sanitised areas and then the lady gave us a pack and told us to do the test ourselves and call her when we are done, so on our mobiles we had to reg the bar codes ourselves and do the test ourselves, they didn't even bother to sit at the PC and enter the data. we then put it in the plastic bags gave to her and left. SUCH A SCAM!

An update to the earlier terrible review: on returning I the UK from holiday I arrived for my day 2 test to find that Pexpo/London Testing had not even made the appointment I had paid for, not provided the reference number I needed to register the test with the lab. A sham, and probably a scam.

They provided a quick same-day Test to Release allowing me to end my isolation. This was on a Sunday too. A recommended company, also known as PExpo Diagnostics.
