We were quite overwhelmed when first starting our our journey looking for donors, but we found the LSB website easy to use and search to find a perfect match. There were plenty of options across a wide range of donors. The team were also on hand to answer our questions quickly and were so friendly and professional, offering lots of support.
Ordering was actually quite simple and they coordinated really well with our chosen clinic.
Overall, we had a very a positive experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a donor.

I had contacted the team via email a few times to enquire about further information, the team always responded in a timely manner. Also, with professionalism and friendliness.
Once buying the sperm, the process between LSB and our chosen clinic was straightforward and didn't require much input from ourselves.
Since undergoing IVF treatment, I have kept LSB updated with our progress as part of the agreement, and again responses have always been quick and pleasant.

People really do have to start thinking about the child and not their personal desires.

I felt very well looked after by their customer service - they responded so quickly and comprehensively to my (many!) queries in a kind and human way. I felt in very safe hands. Once I had selected a donor the process was again very smooth and I felt reassured that everything was legally and ethically compliant. Glad I chose this bank!

Easy to pay and good information on donors, but email contact and consent forms were confused, I was left wondering if that disorganization extends to the samples.. hope not!

The customer service was excellent, as first timer to do this in my 40s is overwhelming, but you responded in such positive manner in this journey.

Easy to use site and lovely service. Also was nice to be able to sign the form online as I don’t have a printer . Good communication as I got a call to Inform me about f when they were transporting. Would recommend them

A good service - it would be helpful to receive confirmation when it has arrived at the clinic but otherwise no issues.
