A to Z of rubbishness
Driver had poor communication, booking was for 90mins after landing at Heathrow but showed up after 30mins. Booked an estate just so we can take extra luggage (3 big and 3 small as stated on their website) but the driver started complaining and said he was going to charge extra - didn't even help load the luggage!
Pay cheap you get cheap, won't use them again! You've been warned.

Truly Professional Taxi Service

Either late or early and don’t park by address
I’ve booked a few journeys and only had three so far. The first the driver was ten mins late. The second was an Uber car and he had parked on a different road rather then parking on the pavement outside my house. The 3rd tonight was again an Uber and arrived 6 mins early and I’d therefore missed his call and he was about to leave when I got back to him before the 3pm time I’d booked. Again he was nowhere near the address I’d given and became awkward about where the door number was on my building.
