Andy ran a beginners session for my daughter and 8 friends - they loved it! He kept them engaged, managed the different ability levels and let them enjoy themselves while trying new things.
Safe environment and great prices, guaranteed to get you fitter. Greatly enjoyed work on parkour sequences, improved my flow and coordination. Criticisms would be the style was too conditioning-based for me, and there was little confrontation with fear as a mental barrier, and imagination in creating our own routes and parkour. I would also have liked the opportunity to learn flips in the indoor class.
I attended one of their free classes. It was a great, exciting and intense physical conditioning class (the teacher who was very nice and friendly explained that, because it was a free class, certain specific details of the parkour technique are mainly kept for the paying classes - understandably enough).
I started training with Andy 2.5 years ago and never looked back. He's by far one of the best coaches I ever had. He's very knowledgeable, supportive and knows exactly the encouragement you need and the right exercises to get the most out of your time. I keep going back each week and I never get enough. Each class is completely different and the best, scalable to everyone's ability. I always have fun and I go home feeling that I really worked out. Can't recommend him enough.
Andy is one of the most experienced parkour coaches in London. He is especially skilled at making beginners feel comfortable and making you realise that parkour is for everyone! Each class is completely different - you will never do the same thing twice - yet every class has elements that will challenge you, surprise you, incorporate 'core' parkour teaching, work up a sweat, and most importantly be incredibly fun!!
Andy was my very first teacher when I started Parkour 2 years ago and has always remained as one of my favourites.
I love the LondonParkour class, it's not only one of the most painful yet satisfying workouts you'll have, but you realise what your body is capable of and Andy is great at making you see this in yourself.
I highly recommend these classes.
This is a great place to learn Parkour. Whatever your level, Andy has an amazing ability to adjust the class to all the individuals in it, constantly challenging you, without ever pushing you to a point you aren’t comfortable. He is a great technical teacher and his classes have loads of energy, but what’s really great is you always leave feeling good about what you’ve achieved - whether you are training to become an expert, or you just want to stay fit and learn something new.
Excellent classes. Awesome mix of skills and challenges.
If you are looking to start learning parkour this is a great company to start with.
I would highly recommend training with London Parkour.
Never having attempted Parkour , I booked a private lesson primarily as I wasn’t particularly fit and didn’t want to embarrass myself. I needn’t have worried, Andy was both encouraging and positive. It was fun and before I knew it my hour was up. I went home with a smile on my face knowing this is the start of something new for me. Roll on next week.
