We had multiple companies try address our issue of not being able to drain water from the shower which caused water to flow out of our bathroom. However, after a month Steven and Marcos who work in London Flows were able to actually address our issue so we are extremely grateful for our experience with London Flows

Max did an excellent job fixing a severe plumbing issue that has been ongoing in my bathroom and kitchen. After multiple attempts to get these issues fixed, no plumber has ever been able to find the root cause of the leaks. Max found the issue, redid my bath, shower and fixed washing machine. He is a god send! Thank you so much

The plumber was very polite and helpful. He try to explained to me about different taps before he changes the tap head that I have.
The job was done very quickly.

The engineer JAY arrived within the specified period. He was very polite, courteous and resolved the issue and the water is now perfectly flowing. He is an exemplary engineer and I highly recommend his expertise.

It was refreshing to finally meet a plumber who understood and explained everything to me Mark definitely knew his trade and had patience to talk through about what his going to do and he did what he stated . Lovely person friendly I would definitely use him again full stars

Until recently, I had been dealing with a leak on my bathroom floor since 2023. I had lost count of the number of times I had to contact the council, not to mention the number of plumbers who came out to investigate. It is no exaggeration to say that the whole experience has been extremely stressful.
It appears that Ben from London Flows has fixed the leak and I can hardly believe it. I was beginning to think that there was no solution.
I am so very grateful to him for his hard work & persistence. I cannot thank (or recommend) him enough!

He even added some sealant to my sink in places it was needed.

Today an engineer named MARK attend my home and fitted a new tap in the kitchen. He was great and finished the work perfectly. I really recommend mark.

5 stars for Charles, if I could give 10 stars I would. He went over and above any former contractor I’ve had carryout repairs in my property which are like gold dust.
He was very professional and cleaned up throughly after he finished the repair.
Charles come highly recommended.

They are the best company one of the engineer name Lewis fitted in 15Marchman Road. He is really good one and quick done it with two minutes.

Charles attended my property on 9 May 2024, W12 area was excellent. I was feeling anxious about the task at hand but what looked like it was going to be difficult, challenging task he made look simple. He sure knows his craft.
I would give him more that 5 if I could. Thank you very much.
