London Chair Repairs repairs and refurbishes premium office and ergonomic chairs across London, at homes and offices, so a good chair never has to be replaced over a single fault. Most office chair problems come down to one worn part. Gas lifts sink, tilt mechanisms stop locking, castors wear flat and arm pads crack, all on a predictable schedule, usually five to eight years into a chair's life. The furniture industry's answer is a new chair. Ours is the part. We repair Herman Miller (Aeron, Mirra, Embody, Sayl), Steelcase, Humanscale, HAG, RH and other premium task chairs using authorised, genuine parts. We confirm your chair's make, model and fault before we arrive, bring the correct part, and complete most repairs at your desk in a single visit. If a job can't be finished on site, we complete it in our workshop and return the chair. You are never left with a half-done repair. Every job is quoted fixed before work starts. Tell us the chair and the fault, and the price you agree is the price you pay. For businesses, our free 10-Point Chair Audit for offices with 10 or more chairs classifies every chair as repair, fine, or end of life, with a costed per-chair schedule. The report is yours either way. Based in Croydon, covering all of London.

Absolutely impeccable service for my Herman Miller chair at my home office in Surrey. I was very thankful that my chair could be repaired as it was very expensive. 10/10 and I would use again.

I used London Chair Repairs for a couple of repairs on my Kinnarps office chair, including a gas cylinder replacement. Korak (forgive if I am mis-spelling) visited me in Streatham (South London), with his tools, and fixed the chair there and then (no need to send it off). The end result is perfect. He even returned, free of charge, to do a further fix after I had changed my mind about something, which was way beyond the call of duty. He provided a friendly service and was responsive to my text messages. Would highly recommend!! Thanks Korak
