The whiskey tasting event was an amazing experience. It was very well organised, the food was excellent and the speaker that talked about whiskey moments was fantastic.
I had the opportunity to taste 6 different whiskeys paired with different dishes, and all of them were excellent.

I’ve been investing with London Cask Traders for over two a years now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions I have.The transparency and professionalism displayed by London Cask Traders have built my trust in them. Highly recommended for anyone looking to invest in casks!

Nothing personal or nasty. My experience purchasing the casks was great but in the event of selling them, I don't feel they have the network to deliver. Buy back policies which become refunds at 0% ROIs etc.

There are some good whiskey brokers out there so I would shop around some more before going to these guys.
Not a scam but not what they make out either.

The whole transaction was conducted with efficiency and courtesy and all questions were answered to my satisfaction. Obviously the value of the investment will only be revealed at some point in the future.

I have been doing business with London Cask traders for3 years . Each time the transfer of documents was seedless . Polite staff and willing to help with any problems . The last cask I bought at end of March went same way. No hassles .

First time investing in this commodity, and after a little research involving reviews from other investors, newspaper reports, and information from other sources, decided London Cask Traders was ideal for my needs.

Staff were very helpful throughout the buying process and very good at answering any queries post purchase.

There was quite a large gap (couple of months) between receiving the ownership certificate, and receiving the photo's of my casks. This was because my whisky had not yet been barrelled. This possible delay was not clearly explained during purchase, but regular communication allayed any doubts, and I have now invested in further casks.

Overall, a very good experience and happy to recommend!

This was my second purchase of 2 casks. Following discussions about my requirements for investment and the suitable casks identified. Purchasing them was simple and quick.

I had a great experience with London Cask Traders. They presented information on their business and answered questions in a timely manner. The staff members responded to emails and updated me with the process. Those with whom I worked were not overly aggressive. They were patient and professional.

Mark himself is pretty client-focused: We were stuck in a refund in which his intervention helped me sail through and I was honestly surprised to receive the call from him wherein he ensured the refund gets done as promised.
Andrew and earlier, Ryan who were handling my case have been attentive to the needs and been very respectful towards the whole process. It was a great experience and I hope to buy some casks in the future.

A suggestion would be that a client login is provided and the whole system of onboarding to transferring the cask to third party to tracking selling price of cask to selling the cask and payment back to the client is automated so it becomes easier to track from start of the process till the very end.
This would make the experience even smoother.

I have been an investor since 2022 and it’s been an excellent investment. The staff and very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I have been on a distillery tour in Ireland and I have seen one of my casks.
I totally recommend London cask traders as a great whiskey investment.

This is aimed at any first time investors with London Cask Traders who may be feeling nervous.
I started with them last February, and although we've had complications along the way, I can honestly say that they have shown themselves to be entirely trustworthy. In the future, I would not have any reservations about investing with them again.
