I had the best experience with Amar. She was there with us throughout the buying process till completion. We had some delays from the lender's solictor which was affecting us. Even though this was not in Amar's remit, she went above and beyond her role and called the lender to sort out the issue. She literally saved the deal from falling through. Simply put, I am glad I chose her to be our Mortgage advisor. I would not have second thoughts in recommending her to anyone.

Honestly I don’t know where to begin…. Amar D has been absolutely amazing from the get go. Extremely professional, productive, attentive and would recommend her and London FS to anybody.

This was our first mortgage and obviously there were quite a few things that were confusing for us but with Amar’s knowledge and ability to break it down into simpler terms for us to understand made her so easy to work with.

Even when we were having some issues with our solicitors and developers, Amar would go above and beyond to get some sort of resolution for us (which she didn’t necessarily have to do).

London FS, and in particular Amar, where great in helping with my re-mortgage. I was contacted a few months before my mortgage expired, which was one of the best things that could have happened, as the rates were increasing daily - this meant I managed to secured a low rate. Great communication skills, expertise and commitment to helping me every step of the way.

Amar was absolutely fantastic throughout the journey we went through. We were a long shot for getting a mortgage and when we initially spoke with her she advised us that our finances didn't look ready yet. She gave us a clear path forwards and told us exactly what we needed to do. We followed her advice and came back and she secured us a mortgage with minimal stress. Amar gives honest and straightforward advice and we trust her completely to have our best interests at heart and truly believe that Amar's advice was the reason we are now in our first home.
