Lomond Motor Movers fitted a mover for me today excellent job so neat and tidy and explained everything.I would definitely recommend using John delighted with the job

John was recommended to me from a friend who used john to get a towbar fitted. I contacted John to come and fit double motor movers to my caravan. John arrived on time and got started right away and had all 4 movers fitted working and gave a demo and advice in just over 3 hours. John is very professional and very tidy and leaves a very professional job. All at a great price too. If you want a towbar or motor mover fitted theres nowhere else to go but to John. Great neat and tidy job. Highly recommended. Thanks again John.

2nd time using this company. John knows his stuff (important on modern car electrics) and does a neat and tidy job always fitting good quality towbars and electrics. Also nice that he responds to any communication arrives when he says he will and charges what he said he would. Would definitely recommend.

John fitted a removable Towbar to my car which was so good that it was invisible with the tow ball and neck removed. (See the pics on his web site) Just what I wanted so a perfect job.Arrived when he said he would and finished within his estimated time. Thanks again John.👍

John done an excellent job at fitting detachable swan neck towbar on my mondeo hybrid estate,it took him just over 3 hours which was great,he also showed me how to attach and re attach towbar reminding me to remember to put on blanking plate after I removed the towbar and put the foam guard on when storing it?John has a great attitude, would highly recommend if you are looking for a towbar ,then look no further, would highly recommend.

Once again a great service carried out by John, had a dash cam fully installed and tested to Mini. What a great job and very courteous. Defo a 5 out of 5 service.

I can highly recommend Lomond Auto Electrics & Towbars. John fitted a towbar and electrics for me, despite a few problems with rusty screws holding the bumper on the job was done quickly and efficiently. He also re wired a faulty connector on my trailer.
Good work at a reasonable price.

First time Tow Bar fitted. The comapany were brilliant, helped with all the advice and requirements.
After fitting, Tow bar was tested for electricals. Would definitely recommend and will defintely use again in the future.

My motor mover was broken beyond repair (12 years old) and needed to be replaced. I contacted Lomond Motor Movers. John replied very quickly and discussed replacement motor movers and my options both on the telephone and by email. I was able to make an informed decision as to which mover to have fitted. A date and time was arranged for the fitting. John is a very professional worker and fully demonstrated how to activate and use my new mover. I can thoroughly recommend John and Lomond Motor Movers, in my opinion the service provided was outstanding.

This is my 2nd towbar fitted by john,and I have to say I knew i could rely on him again.
This bar was fitted on my campervan, and was a little more technical than the one he did before for me,but he was very thorough, taking the time to come and inspect the vehicle and make sure there was room to get it in,and find the correct wiring harness for it.
Overall I just can't fault the service he provides,I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Iam a great believer in supporting local businesses So...keep it local and use the skill of the tradesman and small firms nearby!!!

I have now used Lomond Motor Movers & Towbars twice now and received excellent service on both occasions. John is friendly and professional, arrived when he said would and was very reasonable on costs.

I first used John back in 2022 for a 10 month old Kia Proceed which I had for 2.5 years and had no issues with.

I have just used John again to fit a tow bar to a 6 month old Skoda Elroq.

John takes great care to ensure parts are safely stored during work and refitted correctly.

John has also been very open and honest during both jobs for me. Firstly on my Proceed, he highlighted that he could not get the boot floor completely flat again and it was off by a few millimetres, this was due to me fitting an aftermarket spare wheel. Also, prior to starting work and several times during work highlighted that he could not code my Elroq for the tow bar, so would need to deactivate some systems manually, this is due to the software my car has and VW not releasing 3rd party access yet, which may be rectified in the future.

Overall my experience with Lomond Motor Movers & Towbars has been excellent and I will continue to use in the future and fully recommend.

This is the third time we have used Lomond Motor Movers to have a tow bar fitted by John. Once again, his service was absolutely impeccable. From start to finish he was professional and efficient.

This is the second time I have used this business. I had a tow bar fitted to my Volvo XC40 this morning and I was delighted with the job. He keeps you updated after the initial order, and is punctual, friendly and a very tidy worker.
His prices are very good in comparison with the quote Arnold Clark gave me when I bought the car.
I have no hesitation in giving this business a 5 star recommendation.

John arrived on time today 30/4/25 and carried out the motor mover installation flawlessly. He spent time to show us exactly how to operate it and watched us as we operated it. He also gave us advice about our battery and connectors. 5 stars from beginning to end. I would recommend him.

John was very professional and helpful. He arrived when expected and worked conscientiously, installing the towbar to a high standard, tidying the wiring and securing the bumper. Reasonable price too. I would recommend highly.
