Recientemente compré un torno de carpintería y otros equipos de esta empresa en Sabadell, cerca de Barcelona, España, fui atendido por el señor Lombarte, el propietario, y diría que he recibido el mejor servicio de una empresa catalana de todos los tiempos y he vivido aquí durante 20 años.
Encontrar distribuidores de equipos de hobby en España es difícil y normalmente tengo que volver al Reino Unido y pagar grandes gastos de envío, pero encontrar esta empresa fue una delicia. Me invitaron a subir al depósito de Sabadell, ya que vivo a sólo 50 kilómetros de él y me lo pasé muy bien mirando su exposición de maquinaria de hobby y comercial para la carpintería.
Tienen una amplia gama de máquinas del Reino Unido, Italia, España y China, y tienen un gran departamento de repuestos y de respaldo también.
No me presionaron para comprar en absoluto.
Regresé una semana después cuando tenía las finanzas en orden y compré un torno Record Power Coronet Heral.
Una hermosa máquina hecha en el Reino Unido, también compré algunos otros artículos para el torno.
Podría haberla hecho entregar gratis, pero como mi tarjeta era un engaño, decidí llevarme los artículos.
Cuando llegué a casa y lo abrí todo faltaba una pequeña pieza, esto fue culpa de Record y no del grupo Lombarte, este se olvidó de insertar un tornillo que se necesitaba, el Sr. Lombarte puso un tornillo de repuesto en el correo y al día siguiente estaba en mi casa.
Acababa de terminar de construir y sujetar la máquina y llegó en el momento perfecto para usar el torno.
Me gustaría decir que el Sr. Lombarte y sus empleados, que suelen ser todos miembros de la familia, son personas fantásticas con las que tratar, el servicio es excelente e hicieron todo lo posible para ayudarme a comprar el torno para ajustarlo a mi presupuesto.
He tenido el torno durante 3 meses y estoy muy contento con él, estoy a punto de comprar otros artículos y ahora sólo voy a ir a un lugar aquí en España y es el grupo Lombarte.
El grupo Lombarte es el nombre del grupo de diferentes sitios web que ofrecen herramientas y accesorios para carpinteros comerciales y aficionados. Todos ellos operan desde el depósito y las oficinas en Sabadell. La página web es genial, pero si eres de aquí, una visita es imprescindible para ver y jugar con lo que piensas comprar.
Son una gran compañía y gente con la que tratar, 5 estrellas.
I recently purchased a woodworking lathe and other equipment from this company in sabadell near Barcelona spain, I was looked after by Senor Lombarte the owner and I would say that I have received the best service from a Catalan company ever and I have lived here for 20 years.
Finding distributors of hobby equipment in spain is difficult and normally I have to go back to the uk and pay large shipping fees but to find this company was a delight. i was invited up to the depot in Sabadell as I live only 50kilometres from it and I had a great time looking at their display of hobby and commercial machinery for sale for the woodworker.
they have an extensive range of machines from the UK, Italky, spain and China and have a great spares department and backup as well.
I was put under no pressure to buy at all.
I returned about a week later when I had finances in order and purchased a Record Power Coronet Heral Lathe.
A beautiful machine made in the UK, I also purchased some other items from them to go with the lathe.
I could have had it delivered for free but as my card was a piuckup I chose to take the items with me.
When I got home and opened it all up there was one small piece missing, this was the fault of Record and not the Lombarte group, this forgot to insert a screw that was needed, Mr Lombarte put a spare screw in the post and the next day it was at my house.
I had only just finished building and clamoping the machine down and it arrived in perfect time for using the Lathe.
I would just like to say that Mr Lombarte and his employees who tend all to be family members are fantastic people to deal with, the service is excellent and they did everything they could to help me purchase the lathe to fit my budget.
I have now had the lathe for 3 months and I am very happy with it, I am about to purchase other items and I will now only go to one place here in spain and that is the Lombarte group.
Lombarte group is the group name of a number of different websites offering tools and accessories for commercial and hobby woodworkers. They all operate though from the depot and offices in sabadell, The online website is great but if you are local a visit is a must to see and play with what you are thinking of buying.
They are a great company and people to deal with, 5 Stars.
