The guy who helped me was really kind , and good ,fast service .

It was easy to order, the cake was ready in time and it looked exactly as in the picture. The whole family loved it. The box is great, high quality and easy to transport the cake and take it out.

Had the chocolqte chunk cookie...very chocolately and hint of sea salt was divine

I went to Lola’s today to try their new inventions. Brought a chocolate chip cookie, crispy cookie, cinnamon roll and tropical cake. Everything tasted amazing. I will definitely be trying them again. Love that their making new inventions and not just cake.

I was in Westfield by chance when I head to Lola’s and had cinnamon bun and though I’m fussy when it comes to treat. It was surprisingly the best cinnamon bun I ever had. Will definitely have again

Ordered the test kitchen products: lemon cake, chocolate crisp and cinnamon scroll. Everything was delicous =)

Great team, and the new test kitchen items were truly awesome - The best thing I tried was the everything bagel scroll, which was lovely, cheesy, and savory.

Lola's is always the stop for birthdays, and some of the test kitchen items are going to be epic on the savory side!

Was pleasantly surprised with the test kitchen. Personally think Lola makes the best buttercream cakes

Lola’s cakes are delicious and my family love getting these cakes for their birthday.

My review is long but I like to give a good review if I’m happy with a company

There cakes are always fresh and light and fluffy so they never last a week in my house!!

The packaging is beautiful and protects the cake especially the 20 year anniversary images it’s sad to recycle them !!

I was unable to collect on the day so called customer services they were very friendly and held my cake until the next day.

The staff when collecting are friendly and polite or if receive a delivery

I have earned loyalty points but I only wished the points did not run out so quickly as I only buy cakes when it’s a birthday so not very often

i would say while the cupcakes are delicious sometimes the icing on the cupcakes can be very thick but maybe that’s just my personal preference.

i also wish i could personalise the toppings on the cakes as some of the cakes have toppings that my family would not eat so I wish I could have the option to add a different topping instead.

But hands down they are the most delicious cakes and my family LOVE these cakes I hope they bring out more cake flavours soon Yum !! 😋
