Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!

We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. Easy order, collection and great quality
Easy to order online and convenient collection point at the station. The cake was very well packaged and it was easy to transport (it was a small size cake 8 portions cake). The decoration quality and freshness were also great. Will order again and experiment with other flavours on offer.

Items never delivered
I had ordered one sparkle that I paid for it - and the shop didn't deliver it, didn't notify me that won't be available at my pick up date which I arranged it for 3-4 days later, and instead of reimbursing me that on my birthday day I didn't have what I ordered.. They gave me certain birthday candles that I had no interest in taking them since I already had.

I am very sorry for any disappointment caused by this. Unfortunately we are currently out of stock of the Rose Gold Fountain candles. An alternative was provided with your order which of course I can understand was unsuitable.
A refund for the candle has been processed on your order. Please allow at least 5 working days for the funds to show back in your account.

Medium red velvet mama…
My daughter's 16th birthday was enhanced by the fast, easy and efficient service provided by Lola's. It was very easy to use the website, make payment and arrange a convenient pick up at our nearest collection point. Staff were friendly and pleasant.
Even the cake box provided to transport the cake home was strong and sturdy whilst looking pretty. Great job Lola's...we will use you again and again.

Convenient pickup location.
The cake we ordered was ready for us to collect. The location was so convenient. The assistant was very polite and friendly, showed us the cake to confirm it was what we orderd and popped into a large bag which made it so easy to transport across London to its venue.

I am very sorry for the disappointment experienced on this occasion. I have had a look at your Love Club account and can see that you have been a member for over one year. Based on this, as you were a member prior to February 2025, you were still able to claim the free small cake on your birthday date (subject to availability).
As the rules for this have now changed, from next year, you will be able to claim a free cupcake only.
