The sessions are held in English, which makes it super easy to follow—especially if you're new to yoga or just visiting the area. The teaching style is calm, professional, and very welcoming, creating a relaxed atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, the classes are well-structured and adapted to all levels. I especially loved the balance between gentle stretching, strength, and mindful breathing—it left me feeling completely refreshed and recharged.

Lola is an exceptional yoga teacher! Her classes are always inspiring, well-structured, and filled with positive energy. She has a wonderful way of guiding students with clarity and kindness, making everyone feel comfortable while still encouraging growth. Each session leaves me refreshed, centered, and motivated to continue my practice. If you’re looking for a teacher who combines skill, passion, and a truly supportive spirit, I can’t imagine anyone better.
