URGENT – Unable to access booking due to wrong email entered
I booked a flight through LOL.travel but accidentally entered a completely incorrect email address, so I cannot access my booking or receive the confirmation.
I have payment proof and full booking details, but I am unable to contact support because all help pages redirect to automated articles.
This is urgent as the flight is approaching.
Please contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue.

ZERO support. Family with infant stranded abroad — LOL Travel completely ignoring us.
We booked return flights through LOL Travel. Qatar Airways cancelled our flights due to the Middle East conflict. Qatar Airways confirmed in writing that our booking EXISTS in their system but is registered under LOL Travel's agency contact details — meaning only LOL Travel can action a refund or rebooking on our behalf.
We contacted LOL Travel through every available channel — their website contact form (multiple times), their help center, and email. ZERO response. Not a single reply.
We are a family of 3 including an infant child, currently stranded abroad with no way to get home. Our flight date is approaching in days. Every hour of silence from LOL Travel causes real financial damage — hotel costs, meals, and the risk of missing the flight entirely.
Qatar Airways has explicitly told us: "Your booking remains under the travel agency's control — any refund or alteration must go through them." So LOL Travel is the ONLY party who can help us right now. And they are choosing to ignore us completely.
This is not a minor inconvenience. This is a family with a baby, stranded, with no support from the company that took our money.
I have now filed formal complaints with AGCM (Italy), ECC-Net, and Latvian consumer protection authorities (PTAC). I will pursue every available legal avenue under EU Directive 2015/2302 on package travel.
Avoid LOL Travel at all costs. When something goes wrong — and it will — they simply disappear.

Extremely Dishonest - Refused a valid 24h refund confirmed by Finnair
I had a nightmare experience with Lol.travel. I accidentally booked tickets for the wrong date and contacted them within 2 hours of purchase to cancel, following Finnair’s official 24-hour money-back guarantee.
Even though Finnair confirmed that this booking is eligible for a full refund (as it was requested within 24 hours and the flight is more than 7 days away), Lol.travel’s support team (specifically a representative named Michelle) flatly refused to help. They sent generic copy-paste responses claiming the fare is non-refundable, intentionally ignoring the airline's mandatory refund policy.
Their phone lines are constantly busy or disconnected, making it impossible to reach them in a time-critical situation. They essentially stalled their responses until the 24-hour window passed to avoid their responsibility.
This is a predatory agency that ignores carrier rules to keep your money. If you are in the same situation, do not waste time talking to them—contact your bank immediately for a chargeback.
DO NOT BOOK WITH LOL.TRAVEL! Buy directly from the airline to avoid being scammed like this.

I simply bought the tickets and got them. Firstly I didn't get them on e-mail. But this is because their system differs upper and lowcase characters. Support works fine, but not 24/7.
Really do not recommend
Flight change or cancellation needed numerous exchanges and repetitions. Lol claimed to need to contact the airline company. 55 admin fee from.their side defucted from already tiny refund. Payment didn't arrive. Now they claim to have send a message asking to confirm again to cancel, which I have not seen nor understsnd why it would be necessary after 3 messsges stating please cancel. And the reimbursemrnt has gone down to 12% of original total price

A SCAM!!!!!!! I arrived to book my family flight starting from Skyscanner, which redirected me to this site offering the best fare. The site seemed reassuring, intuitive, and easy to use. But as soon as I made the payment, I received an email saying that the booking had not been confirmed—despite the money being deducted from my card—and that they were waiting for a response from the airline. A few minutes later, another email arrived saying that the flights would not be the ones I had chosen and that the price had increased. Unfortunately, considering the amount of money spent, this situation caused me a lot of anxiety and stress. There is information that should be provided to consumers beforehand, not after the fact. It is a terrible experience to find yourself out of pocket and without a plane ticket. The website did not provide any information, prior to payment, about the need to wait for a response from the airline.
Hidden fees
I booked flight tickets through lol.travel. Then, randomly, the airline cancelled one of my flights, without providing any kind of explanation or reasoning. I went through lol.travel to reschedule my flight and they said they'd be happy to issue a new ticket, for a 55 EUR fee. Now I don't see why I should be paying fees when I had nothing to do with the cancellation, nor could I do anything to prevent it. Totally unfair. Told them so, their only reply was "it's company policy, we're allowed to do it." Ridiculous. Never again.
Scam company
Do not book with this company. You risk being left without a flight. This company is not reliable and behaves like a scam.
I booked a connecting flight with an international flight through LOL Travel. At check-in, I was told that the flight appeared as cancelled and that there was no booking under my name with the airline.
I contacted LOL Travel, since they had already charged me the full amount of the ticket, and they told me that they had not made the reservation and that they did not know why. However, after checking my emails carefully, I found the booking confirmation and the payment confirmation.
Despite this, I tried several times to contact them by email and only received very late responses. They never provided a real explanation and simply said they did not know what had happened. As a result, I was forced to buy another ticket at a much higher price.
The company never informed me, never warned me that the booking was not properly confirmed, and no message or notification was ever sent. Later, they even claimed that they had sent emails which I never received.

Flexible ticket problems
Yeah I guess I didn't read the small text, but flexible ticket is complete bullshit. Want to change your flight? Pay more than buying a fresh ticket elsewhere, but you are "saving" some kind of a made up fee, but they want to charge you 55euros for their hard work changing the flight.... I'd rather pay more to a competitor next time. I guess this one is on me :)

I give them a 3 for the insecurity of them not answering the phone and experiencing the same increase in flight prices at the last second just when I go to pay the tickets (like all users).
I will give them a vote of confidence (they sent me the tickets right away and I see that the supplier also has me registered). We'll see what happens if I have to change dates (I contracted the insurance) or if I have an incident. Feels scary to think what will happen...
I’ll keep you all posted on how this ends up. I’m truely willing to improve my rating if my experience with them turns out to be good.
We are in a RAT Trap
The air company made a change in the itinerary PNR D1MOTM that is imposible, we can not connect in our second flight.
lol.travel initially propossed a change but we missed it in the spam. Now, that we realize of the problem, we tried to contact them...they answer giving a link to confirm or reject another propossal, but the link has no buttons to confirm or reject it.
Prices are scam
They advertise flight tickets at low prices, and I spent two full days trying to find suitable tickets. When I finally booked them, the booking was cancelled and the prices increased. I spent another entire day searching and saw that the tickets were again being offered at a low price. I booked them once more, and again the tickets were cancelled.
When I asked what was going on, I was simply advised to buy tickets from another airline.
I don’t understand why they are selling tickets that cannot actually be purchased, and I have now wasted three days trying to find suitable flights.

I tried to book my flight, they deducted the money and gave me no flight tickets. upon contacting them they said that they did not receive my money and after i gave them evidence that my bank can attest to the transaction, they stopped responding to my emails. I eventually got the money back after an investigation by my bank. i had to get another company to book my ticket.
Bait and switch
Bait and switch. Always. When you get to the point you need to enter payment details you get notified of a sudden price change. It always happens and there is a massive amount of similar issues online.
