Under the tracking link, my order suddenly appeared as cancelled, without receiving an email from the shop. I sent an email asking if the order was really cancelled but didn't receive an answer. I didn't receive the money back either. I don't understand what happened.
Delivery person was extremely rude over the telephone which I found very upsetting. It was quite, quite unnecessary
Very helpful on phone to understand problem and make recommendations, sent an email with links. Also was very quick to call after submitting an online inquiry. Spoke English well, I can get by in PT, but it's easier in English.
