The quality of the logs are very good…
The quality of the logs are very good as always. Normally I would give five stars but I was not made aware when the delivery took place and as a result the load was left not where I would have directed it to be placed. I was in waiting for the load but no door bell pressed or notification on my mobile. This situation has never happened before.

First time customer and I found the process of ordering and delivery was straightforward. Driver called to ask where I wanted the logs left and made a good effort to locate well. Waterproof cover on logs. I had an issue with missing log bags which customer service responded to quickly and resolved within days.

Dilivary perfect and on time, driver was very helpful. Quality of logs disappointing 20-30% we're small I would say one visit under the splitter from being a stick.
