Hazel did two Logos for me and I love them both. Besides that, she has the patience of a saint. Brent is now working on a website for me. He’s a pleasure to work with as well. This is my first website and we’ve even laughed over it.

She was very attentive when I told her what my thoughts were but also what I wanted their input to be. Listened to changes I wanted and made it happen.

Prospective english first language customers, read the positive reviews. One can tell a lot from those. Pay full attention to the negative reviews.

It was a very professional attention, a very friendly woman name Hazel attended me and she was very kind, she understood perfectly what i Needed. Very Happy with the service.

The beginning process for Logoprofz was a bit rough. After a rough conversation with their legal department and them taking things I said out of context Hazel contacted me about my work. She restored my trust in Logoprofz and was very professional and courteous to my needs and past experiences. She didn’t hassle me at all about anything. She did kindly explain the copyright section of their logo and I kindly declined it and she was very professional and respectful about my decision. If I could give 10 stars I would definitely give 10 to Hazel Conner!

The group designing my logo did a great job. Unfortunately, the Logoprofz legal department ruined everything! Jonathan Victor, a paralegal at Logoprofz attempted to get me to pay for legal services by providing false information. He stated that some other company applied for the same trademark name on January 6, 2023 that I applied for on October 11, 2022 and stated that I needed my application to include an attorney. I checked with USPTO and the only applicants required to have an attorney are companies outside the continental US. Jonathan also said the IRS and some other entity needed to review my application and if they don't, USPTO would reject my application. I contacted USPTO and they said the IRS has no involvement whatsoever in USPTO matters. The USPTO stated that this was a red flag solicitation attempt and that I should cease all communication with Jonathan Victor. I will also be providing this review on Yelp which has only four reviews... all one (1) star reviews.

Extremely creative designs! My project manager did an amazing job so did the designer! He conveyed my ideas to the designer perfectly and the designer created an impressive design based on that! So overall everything went great.

Still waiting for my logo . Scam.

Do not use! Paid £600 for a google ad which was never delivered. Strung me along for 4 months with a standard message of “will call you in 30 minutes” (same ETA everyday!) and would always fail. Agreed to refund my money and when asked to which card read out 4 digits of a card that wasn’t even mine (made up). When question Edwin / Edmund responded “sorry for lying”!! Asked for proof of the request to refund, sent me a sham message. 2 weeks later informed refund processed his side and I need to take it up with my bank and when asked for proof he blocked me on WhatsApp! DO NOT TRUST!!!! Awful awful service based on lies. Have reported to my bank who said they will follow up and also reported to trading standards to have him shut down! Disgusting excuse for a human.

Still waiting to receive my logo,after making the purchase 2 months ago.
What confuses me is they would most likely make more profit from actually doing the work they set out to. Instead of spending time creating fake positive feedback.

Absolutely terrible service. Was promised a refund and nothing. I paid £89 for a service which turned out to be a scam. The worst thing is the guy running it knows it and keeps stringing you along pretending you will get your money back. I believe the good reviews are fake and this guy Edmund is a complete scam artist. He has been reported to trading standards etc but please do NOT use!

It was amazing working with Logo Profz! Robert is surely the contact person if you want to shoot your business up the ladder!

Logo Profs is just the agency you need if you're looking for services worth the money. They provide outstanding customer support and listen to your brief very carefully because it is reflected in their work. They also provided a few suggestions about I can change my logo design a little bit to make it more impactful. my experience with them was truly amazing.

Check out the customer feedback in your google search pages 3 or 4, go deeper. See the yelp reviews, those are true. Now that we have gone past the 60 day window to contest a credit card charge, the shenanigans begin.
