Logoknox began with creating my logo, a flyer and they have now created 2 of my websites, my latest and greatest is Safeworx.ca. Eric has walked me through the creation of my websites with the upmost professionalism and with his constant and caring communication to understand the pure essence of my business. His guidance and creative input together has had made the creative process easy!

Logo design team was creative and gave them a few minor details and they came up with multiple designs all great; hardest part was choosing just one. Thank you Henry and your design team. Ashley in sales was excellent at answering all my questions. Only issue was billing department was not very customer service oriented but when asked to speak to a manager they followed up the next day and apologized for the persons lack of customer service and said they would be spoken to on proper customer service.

Jordan Jay did an amazing job helping me out by getting my logo exactly how I envisioned. He completed my order in a timely manner and was professional through out all our communication. I will certainly be a returning customer!

Overall I would recommend to a friend. The deal I got was amazing. The people I chatted with online were more than helpful. My criticism would be time delays at the beginning to get started, but once the process got going, it was fairly quick. I believe a suggestion would be contact by phone to understand what the client wants. Sending emails back and forth sometimes is not understood on the designers side and you get something different. I know if I was on the phone with a designer, the process would have been cut in half the time.
Overall, I can't complain and would use them again. I'm looking into some of the other things they do.

Very responsive to customers' comments, make necessary changes to meet the requirement. In my case, there are 5 rounds to get to the final version and they are wonderful in accepting my suggestion and put it to actions.

I submitted an idea for a logo and they brought it to life! I had/have the pleasure of working with Henry and he was very receptive, polite and gave me exactly what I asked for and more. The communication was great and I'd highly recommend working with Logo Knox!

I am currently working with Logo Knox and specifically Jordan Jay, whom I respectfully refer to as, "my Angel." Despite other negative reviews, my own personal impression of Logo Knox has been amazing, almost too good to be true! Jordan is in the business of making dreams come true and that is exactly what he does; and may I add, he is very good at it. Like so many other Americans right now, I too am on unemployment. I am in a panic trying to figure out some way of generating an income before it is too late.. I was'nt sure in the beginning, and to be honest, I am still not sure I can bring this idea of mine to life on such a limited budget; however, with Jordan's unrelenting support and thoughtful encouragement, I am still here! I have a beautiful Logo design that I can take pride in. Additionally, we are in the beginning stages of conceptualizing a website that is so professionally and mindfully made that I am in awe of Logo Knox and their team of talented professionals.
