Danny Hopkins & Jim Morris recently worked on revisions to a 3 year old logo they did originally. Just like the work they did the first time, the job was exceptional. I would HIGHLY recommend them and their company. Awesome job!

It was an absolute nightmare. I requested small revisions on one of my samples and what did I get in return? A hundred and eighty degree turn on the design; they used the wrong color and even misspelled the name of the organization? The one thing that HAS to be right, they got wrong and when I attempted to correct the matter I was blamed for not remembering the name of the gentleman I spoke to. Nevermind that notes should be taken EACH time they speak to a customer about their account. I am so upset that they can have the money and the awful samples, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I order a logo to this company to be done,I send them my idea ,they design few different stiles too ,but I chose the one i like the most and for this it was necessary just one simple review .By mistake they send to me the right logo but the business card and the letter head with the wrong logo.I call them (very nice customers service and very calm)and they repair the mistake .Very happy in the end .I love the entire team.All the best in the future.Thanks again .We are all humans and we do all mistakes ,life is to short to cry for everything.Mirela Veleca

I have been working with Logo inn for roughly 2 years now. All in all the experience has been good. We've had a couple of rough spots where deadlines were missed or where some of my instructions weren't followed by the designers from my logo brief. But in the end things were pretty much worked out or my money was returned for the error. That is the only reason I give them a 4 out of 5. BUT....... for there to be only a few snafus in two years, I will take it. They haven't been bad enough to lose my business. Logoinn still provides great value in their service offerings.

As far as service... Kevin Dise has been amazing. I have worked with him directly most of the time.. and he has done a great job seeing to it that things were done or fixed for me in a timely fashion. HATS OFF TO HIM!!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Today, I was sent samples of revisions I requested. There was some hiccup in the site because logoinn is updating their website. The hiccup did not allow me to approve my logo sample.... BUT when I went on live chat Jim Morris assisted me and did an excellent job! Thanks again Logoinn for a job well done. My client is happy.
