The service here is terrible. Communication between employees is non-existent. Lack of clarity and communication with their customers. Additionally, their sales process makes it feel as if your being scammed.

I purchased a logo with this company month ago, around December 28 2022 to be exact. I paid $20 to start the process then was told I needed to pay $237 to make the logo mines for a lifetime. 2-3 weeks later after making those payments, I was contacted again but this time for an extra $356 for the finalization and copy right of my logo. At this point in the process I was confused and continued to ask why wasn't this brought to it attention at the beginning of the process? From this moment, I was now working with the designers partner/assistant (Ryan) who promised business cards I never received! I was rushed to make a payment before my paper work was voided. I asked when would I receive the paper work, I was told it would take a few weeks. I was given a case ID and sent on my way. I reached out to Ryan several times and he never mentioned anything about the logo but wanted me to pay 3k for a website to be built. Now we're in August and Ethan is telling me he's been reaching to someone that's not apart of my business because there is a problem with the paper work.

This is not a good place to get your logo created, copyrighted or trademarked.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Logo Design Lane for my brand logo. I must say that the experience is beyond my expectations in every way possible.

My Book Cover, Book spine, back of my book and internal artwork were all designed by blitz web solution and they are fabulous.

I've read the reviews on "blitz web solution" and was saddened and surprised by anyone having the negativity expressed by a few. Yes, I'm surprised that even a few would post negative reports because my experience has been absolutely WONDERFUL. From the beginning (4 months ago) to today, I've worked with Mr. Abid and Ms Marcelina Tisch from the beginning and together my draft book has become a published and in my hand book that is available for purchase on Amazon and others. Additionally, together (98% due to the unwavering efforts of the above and their Team) I have been able to put up a working business website and publish my book in 4 months. In other words, IMHO, 5 Stars aren't enough, if I could, I'd award the Blitz Web Solution Team 10 Stars.

Few months back I signed up with logo design lane for a website project. During the developing of the website the account manger was amazing. He consulted me throughout the process. My website recently got live and I must say it looks great.

As a new entrepreneur I was looking got a logo design online. I found Logo Design Lane and their chat opened immediately while I was reviewing the costs of a simple Logo. They gave me a nice price $68.00 and were very nice on the phone. Sent me the preliminar designs and we discussed some changes, to get a Final product. They sent a receipt with no terms or conditions, which didn't feel right and I got into a discussion about it not being professional, they said will send original documents via mail. The day I was supposed to receive my final product, the call turned to strange charges and fees never discussed, for a file for an insurance, legal fees and a legal department that charge my card for over $4000. When I noticed I immediately requested a refund and to cancel all business with them. After waiting and being call "names" by three males. I requested a investigation by my card and they even forged documents with terms and conditions, dates and acknowledgement that I never signed. To appeal the charge back, they even say that after I got the product I requested the charge back and I NEVER got the Logo. To this day I got a panic attack everything I have call from California in my phone. If you need any service, please don't go with them.

I was amazed by Logo Design Lane's quality of work. They considered my ideas for my company and produced a logo that surpassed my expectations. They were exceptionally professional and communicative throughout the entire process.

Where to start. These people are liars, scammers and thieves. Do no work and take your money. They refuse refund although they do no work. In the middle of disputing with they bank. They are unprofessional, they threaten you, they called me a racist without ever having met me. My family is so multi cultural. They had me on tears. Do not use this company. They will keep increasing the price, they will promise things they don't deliver. Business cards, don't have them, trademark never filed. Then they have Ryan, Liam, Saad and Henry playing bad cop good cop. They will say you signed a contract and you didn't. They will say your money is non refundable in fine print on their website. I still can't find this fine print. They hurl cruel insults at you, yell at you, call you stupid, say it is your fault. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. Don't do it, don't do it, don't do it. They need to be report to every AG and the FBI. They should not be allowed to do business at all here or anywhere on this planet. They sent me examples of websites they did not design.It makes me wonder if they even actually designed my Logo and if I can actually get it trademarked. Wow. And looking at these reviews. So many names. So many people apparently work at a company that produces nothing. SCAM! Oh. And if you used them cancel your bank card and freeze your credit. I feel for everyone here. Been there.
And update, I got my money back. Hang in there, keep fighting and save all your emails. An experience like this can destroy a new business. And they also threatened to leave fake bad reviews to tarnish my image as well. Just sad.

These people are a bunch of liars. They bombard you with phone calls and emails, and as soon as they get your money, they will not answer your calls and emails. They are unprofessional scammers and liars. DO NOT TRUST THEM, AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!

I had a great experience through the chat with pricing but once my logo's were done I spoke with my design manager Shawn and started going over extra pricing and I got confused. I was frustrated because I wasn’t told about extra charges. Shawn took care of me and made sure my experience was Great. Thank you Shawn!!

Very disappointed. Took my money but no website. Stopped all communication. I have emailed no response, called no reply. As a new start up business this company caused me a set back and money.

Logo Design Lane, Coders Avenue and Web Design Lane are all the same company. Please do not trust them. I happened to buy two products - Website development and Customised build CRM from web design lane last year December. It's been 10months that my website and CRM wasn't completed as well as the account manager Justin had disappeared for a month. It was last Friday that I get a call from Jack who said that their company- coders avenue had acquired Web Design Lane and they had no idea all of this was happening. I requested him to not continue with the service with them and asked him for 100% refund according to the contract that I agreed back last December 2020. Also I emailed all the documents of the contract to Coders Avenue. I haven't heard from him after that. Today I get a call from Phil, from Logo Design Lane who said that he will give me the refund and it was a big lie. This is a scam

I’d like whoever is at the head office to contact me in regards to harassment calls and threatening from your lying customer service rep ( the call just ended at 2:41pm) which he let me know it’s being recorded. I called to have my number removed from your data base because I felt from LAST YEAR that I was being harassed and pressured to purchase from your company it’s services, today I get a call from (628) 250-7250 (Ron) I ignored it, text who it is because I am dealing with my new born. He explain that he was calling because he wanted to tell me that he has 50% off to offer me, I then said I don’t recall giving anyone the ok to call me for anything, when I looked through my emails I realized I had this same issue with Nate Anderson I believe from last year where they constantly called me back to back daily pressuring me to purchase your service. I expressed that I am not Interested because of this exact reason. Today I called to have my number removed and the representative would’ve give me his name and called me all kinds of names then hung up. I called back and asked for a supervisor he handed the phone to someone claiming to be customer service senior manager by the name of jake Anderson, I expressed that I do not want to be on a call list and wanted to be removed I do not want to be harassed as I stated from last year nor am I interested in your services. After asking his name and location he said he is located in your office location of British Columbia and when I asked where he refused to give me the information and jumped into threatening me. Made the mistake and said he is in California.
Told him it’s a harassment because I’ve told you guys more than once I do not want to be called or harassed and constantly I’m being ignored and disrespected by your company representative and lied to mislead and abused verbally. It is illegal for anyone to constantly call you even debt collectors can’t call you here by law more than certain time, so I feel very violated and disrespected by your employees you have at that location. My person information is being misused and distributed to immature untrained unprofessional individuals at your cost !!! I will write my reviews and have the world know this is a terrible company and lack professionalism!!!
