Worked well for me!
I engaged logodeaign to build my logo and website and i have to say my experience is pretty good. I engaged with Danial Hope and impressed with his reaponse time and ability to understand my requirement in short time. Like their creative work and no hassle online feedback and build system. Disappointing
A lot of claims on their website that are not honored. Namely
- Original content- Not the case, they repurpose from material already available on free online sites with just some colour variations
- 24 hour delivery- Not the case- It was six days before the first set of options, which were all very poor in design and standout- another week for the second round and finally stopped work with them after 1.5 months and nothing to call for.
- Money back guarantee- Not the case. After the disappointing experience, 1.5 months later and nothing used, they refused to honor their money back guarantee claim.
Whilst they have a responsive customer care service, they have a very poor creative offering and very slow response times to briefs.
Save your money and don't get lured by their very low rates. Even though its little $$, its wasted dollars, time and energy.
