I had made my logo and was very pleased with it, however I had been charged money I was not aware of. Fortunately for logo.app great customer service they have sorted out my issue in very short notice and have made me very pleased. I will definitely be using logo.app for future services. Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. When I registered with the site to create my logo, I was unaware that I had subscribed to the monthly premium service and was ultimately charged the monthly fee. I reached out to the customer service team who graciously refunded the subscription fee. Thanks for your help!

Fraudulent subscription scam, avoid at all costs!
I made a small $1.99 one off transaction and then they signed me up without my permission for a subscription. Absolute scam of a company! Not even an email to 'confirm' they'd signed me up. Avoid this like the plague.
