Absolutely awful customer service …

Absolutely awful customer service and feedback, I ordered the heavy duty equipment bundle and paid for the 1-2 business day shipping, this was last Saturday and is still yet to arrive, I understand this is a busy time of year but when you’ve paid extra for faster shipping, feels like I’ve been scammed. why have an option when they clearly can’t keep to their standards, very disappointing!

I rarely give 1* reviews for anything as usually a company will they their best to resolve unexpected issues. I ordered from Logitech directly and, well, never again. Understand it was a busy time of year, but there was zero communication when the item may ship, and it took 10 days in the end to receive it.

I emailed support, spoke to live chat, asked via DMs on Twitter. Nothing. Eventually the item arrived and only days later did Logitech support bother to reply with "we can see it's been delivered" message.

Absolutely shocking service from a brand who does make good product.

Item took 3 weeks to arrive.

Said 2-3 days delivery and when speaking to a live chat person they said that is 2-3 days after the order has been shipped from the warehouse! In what universe does that make any sense? This is extremely misleading and Logitech ought to be ashamed to have this shoddy business practise especially at this time of year as people ordering things for their families/friends for Christmas will receive their items way after their expected due date. Don't get me wrong the products from Logitech are good but if you are going to mislead a person into waiting 2 weeks for something to be delivered when it is advertised as a couple of days you lose my respect immediately. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here as any customer service that I spoke to were useless (kind) but useless and couldn't give me any information and just told me things I already knew. I can't believe a brand this reputable has had this issue for years now.

Dreadful company

Dreadful company. I ordered a keyboard case for my iPad Air 3rd gen. It's supposed to be compatible, but is not, and doesn't work. Am trying to return the item, but when I eventually manage to get the company on the phone, they NEVER do what is promised and I am still waiting for a Returns label. Delivery takes ages too.

Ordered ear buds a week ago which stated 2 working days expedited delivery. Impossible to call to discuss the fact the order is still a week later sat in Processing and the payment on my banking in processing. When you do get through to an agent on chat support they either pick up the chat 30mins later just as you give up, I imagine seeing an easy closure for TTSO they only pick up chats for closures when the customer gives up on the session, when you do get an agent they can not confirm an ETA or expected date the order and payment will even be processed just we will do it when we can get to it. Be warned never buy direct, customer service is none existent and you can not cancel an order even where it's not even been processed for payment let alone sent to the distribution for shipping. Joke of a company who need to wake up and invest in customer service

Disgraceful Customer Support

Disgraceful Customer Support. After a week of faffing around, I finally got to returned a £180 keyboard per their instructions. It's been 6 weeks now and UPS still have not delivered it back. Logitech say they are 'investigating' but it's been 5 weeks since then. UPS have basicslly lost it and Logitech are so bad to get hold of or get any sense out of they honestly don't seem to care. Dozens of emails, dozens of calls, multiple case numbers. Nothing.

Worst shopping experience I've ever had.

I would give no stars if I could

I would give no stars if I could. I ordered a headset that stated it was in stock on the 30th November. My order still says accepted. I have tried to contact them multiple times but get absolutely nothing back. I have now emailed asking for a refund and my email has been rejected. Trading Standards need to get involved. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

Pretty hopeless

Pretty hopeless. I ordered a £100 keyboard with free shipping that should have taken 2 or 3 days. It's almost a week later and the order still says 'accepted'. I used their web chat to try and find out what was going on and I was told after just two responses from the customer service person that they couldn't help me and they closed the chat straight away with no apology. They said I would get an email from someone within 24-48 hours with more info and I'm still waiting. I just can't understand how they can do such a poor job when I could have bought it from a shop for the same money and had it delivered next day. Do not buy direct from Logitech.

Update: my order was eventually delivered, 10 days after I ordered it. Logitech saying 2-3 days delivery was absolutely not correct, and although I'm glad it was finally delivered, I wouldn't be in a hurry to order from them again.

SCAM - DO NOT BUY

Placed an order with expedited shipping.

4, nearly 5 days later I still have an error when looking for an order update, I’ve received no update from them directly, and reaching out to them for help is either impossible or useless.

Genuinely can’t believe what I’m seeing from what I thought was such a reputable brand. Can assure you that this will be my last ever purchase with these guys. Awful

I just can’t believe this company how are they still trading? It is a complete mystery to me with all their negative reviews with no replies to the customers.
I have been trying to track my order for an iPad keyboard which wasn’t cheap but after all the ways of contacting them has come to nothing all the things I have tried says (SORRY WE HAVE ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM TRY AGAIN) I have bought loads of items on the internet but these are the worst ever I have contacted my Bank because it shows payment pending but because I authorised the payment they cannot help so don’t touch these people with a bargpole because like so many of the other customers you will have big problems

Poor cutomer service and expensive but poorly made products

I purchased the Logitech ERGO K860 keyboard hoping it would alleviate the wrist and forearm pain I've been experiencing. While the ergonomic design has been helpful in that regard, the poor quality of this keyboard for its price (£100!) has been a major let down.

Within just a couple of months of use, I started encountering constant connectivity issues. The keyboard frequently disconnects mid-sentence, forcing me to restart it repeatedly. I've tried troubleshooting by:

Changing the dongle to different USB ports
Positioning the dongle closer to the keyboard
Replacing the batteries
Switching to Bluetooth
Using a different dongle - I have an MX Vertical mouse which uses the same Unifying receiver. To rule out a dongle issue, I switched to a spare, but the keyboard problems persisted.
Despite these efforts, the problem persists.

Adding to my frustration, the build quality seems surprisingly cheap for such an expensive keyboard. Some keys are already sticking or feeling worn out, and the lettering on the keys is showing noticeable wear after only two months of light use (a couple of hours a day). One side of the spacebar has even stopped working entirely.

It's worth noting that my MX Vertical mouse, while also showing some wear after a couple of months, works flawlessly with both the dongle and Bluetooth. This leads me to believe the issue lies squarely with the keyboard itself.

Logitech's customer support has been utterly unhelpful. Their initial response was a generic suggestion to try different dongle positions, which I had already done. They then suggested cleaning the keyboard, implying I had spilled something on it. I cleaned it thoroughly, but the issues remained. When I pointed this out, they promised a follow-up from their support team within two days, but I never heard back.

Since then, I've sent several follow-up emails, only to receive the same generic responses about changing ports and cleaning the keyboard. Each time I reply, my emails are ignored.

To add insult to injury, Logitech sent me an email asking me to review this product. However, when I clicked the link, it took me to a screen where I had to agree to their terms and conditions. After doing so, nothing happened. It seems they're more interested in collecting positive reviews than addressing genuine customer concerns.

Frankly, this keyboard and Logitech's customer service are a joke. Order number is #1321355494939. I will never buy another product from Logitech again and strongly recommend that others stay away from their products.

Overall:

While the ergonomic design of the ERGO K860 provides some relief for wrist pain, its poor connectivity, cheap feel, and abysmal customer support make it a product I cannot recommend. Especially given its premium price, I expected far better quality and reliability from Logitech.

These people must study hard to remain so unhelpful. I have had to put a very very simple matter in the hands of American Express because Logitech frustrate my every effort to resolve a simple matter like returning a good...

Amex have been good and permanently credited me with the purchase price of the mouse.

Deplorable post sales

They shipped out a left hand mouse instead of right. I purchased it as part of a larger order that had a discount, and couldn't just return it to repurchase. Support team after escalation said I could get a replacement, I followed their tedious instructions to ship the item to Netherlands (I'm in UK), and they then refused to ship out a replacement. This whole deal has been ongoing for a month.

My product never arrived!
It supposed to arrive to my home but it’s not. UPS showed it shipped to a drop point next to my home. But the drop point said that they never received this parcel. UPS asked me to contact Logitech.
I contacted Logitech with back and forth email and phone call( after a whole week.) They told me that they need a maximum of 14 days to deal with this case.

Horrific company

Horrific company - gosh I wish I checked the reviews first. Same issue of order not being shipped and their support acts like there is no issue at all. 1-2 day it said for delivery and it's now been 8 days with no order number. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Original message: Oh wow... Didn't think that ratings would be so low and people having the exact same issue. 3 days and order still hasn't been dispatched or any date given. Item still in stock and "ready to ship". Is this really one of the leading PC accessory companies in the world? Just give up your online shop... Your brand is damaged in my eyes now. Person on chat was apologetic and friendly but could not help in anyway...

Didn't think I had to check trustpilot for this company?

Genuinely shocked at how bad everything is about this company. Didn't think I needed to check trustpilot as thought it was fairly reputable?

All I wanted was to return an item and they seem to have made it damn near impossible at every turn. From saying I don't have an order number or an account, to taking days to reply to emails. Every time I ask a question on how to proceed further, I am just transferred to another department that takes another couple days to reply. So far I think I have been transfered about 6 or 7 times. I am going in circles and it's like talking to a brick wall. Its absolutely baffling and diabolical, this is logitech? Really??? I doubt that once I actually get to send this item back that I will get a refund anyway, judging from other reviews here. Absolutely fuming and will never buy anything from them again.

Order from Logitech UK website

I recently ordered a keyboard and mouse combo from Logitech UK's website on 17/05/2024. Today is 24/05/2024, and I have not received any updates on my order, even though the website states that dispatch occurs within 2-3 days.

I have attempted to contact customer support via chat over the last 2-3 days regarding the status of my order. However, each representative has given me a generic, copy-paste response, stating that they will email me within 24 hours, but I have yet to receive any update.

Unfortunately, I did not check Trustpilot before placing my order. If I had, I would have ordered directly from Amazon, which offers next-day dispatch. I have ordered items from Logitech in the past, and they were delivered on time.

Lesson learned: do not order from Logitech's website; order from reliable platforms like Amazon.

No matter how good the product is, poor customer support can damage the brand!
