Every time they book a date to carry out the work, LOGIN Construction Company always arrives on time. This punctuality is a uniquely different quality compared to the previous builders and contractors I have hired. LOGIN Construction Company has never postponed any work or kept me in the dark about anything.
In contrast, the builders I previously hired often failed to show up without notice and postponed work at will, citing personal reasons like family gatherings or BBQ evenings. This behaviour is unfortunately common among builders in the UK. However, LOGIN Construction Company does not belong to that category at all.
Furthermore, the team at LOGIN Construction Company always arrives at the worksite fully prepared with the necessary tools and materials. Many times, they arrived by 6:30-7:00 in the morning with trucks full of type-1 gravel or timber from Travis Perkins (TP). Since TP isn’t open that early, I believe they either prepare these materials the previous day or have a special arrangement through their business relationship with TP.

As a software solutions professional who frequently works with Project Managers and Delivery Managers, I understand what makes them happy and what can potentially make them very unhappy. LOGIN Construction Company is run by exceptional individuals who can truly thrill a project or delivery manager with their incredible speed of progress.
Based on the planned work for a given day, they send a sufficient number of people to the worksite, ensuring timely progress by providing adequate human labour resources. In contrast, my previous builders seemed reluctant to share their earnings, often sending only one person, the contractor's son, or a two-person team, spending weeks on tasks that LOGIN completes in just one day.
The synergy among LOGIN's workers adds even more value. It’s amazing to witness how many tasks progress seamlessly and in parallel within a very short period. George and Peter, the owners of LOGIN, consistently bring their experience to the table, proactively identifying potential issues and developing clear strategies to prevent any disturbances or delays. This proactive approach gave me 100% peace of mind while working with them.

In any business involving significant financial transactions, finding people who prioritise integrity over profit can be challenging. However, LOGIN Construction Company stands as a testament that such individuals and companies do exist, even in the UK during these recessionary times in 2024. I can provide numerous examples where they prioritised trust and our business relationship over financial gain.
Typically, other contractors might add commissions and hidden charges, but George and Peter from LOGIN went above and beyond to keep project expenses low while maintaining high quality and aesthetics. For instance, when I needed to replace our severely damaged asbestos garage roof, I initially considered using bitumen sheets to minimise hassle and avoid potential complications with building controllers. My previous builders had instilled this fear, suggesting that dealing with local councils was fraught with delays and complications unless they intervened.
Contrary to this fear-mongering, George and Peter assured me that as long as the work adhered to clear guidelines, building controllers would be satisfied. This was confirmed through multiple inspections. They strongly advised against merely using bitumen sheets, highlighting the need to address the underlying issues of the previous roof to prevent water damage to the main building. They thoroughly researched materials to ensure the new roof would be durable, compatible with the roof gradient, and aesthetically pleasing, preserving the character of the property and the neighbourhood.
Their charges for materials suggested they might have even passed on their trade discounts to me, making the best option more affordable. During some of the construction periods, I had to leave the country for work. Despite my absence, I had complete confidence in George and Peter to manage the project. Their integrity and dedication meant I never had to worry about the work, materials, or progress. They consistently took ownership and made decisions in my best interest, exemplifying the highest standards of integrity in their business practices.
