Very skilled and knowledge folk when I needed them for a couple of issues. Excellent resolve time also. I left the ticket I logged for a few hours and went back to it. It'd had answered in 8 minutes.

Great support quick response time I would choose logic over Nitrado any day. started with nitrado there CS is horrible 2+ days to respond selling servers that don't work. these guys at logic servers changed my experience. The server had no issues and if I had a question or needed assistance the team was quick to respond within hours.

Had a small issue, submitted a ticket, got an answer within minutes that was concise, easy to follow and (most importantly) fixed my issue.

I have been a Logic Servers customer for over 1 year, and I have always had good experiences with Logic Servers.

I have always rented servers with Logic Servers for Project Zomboid and Valheim and the servers always worked in excellent conditions, without lag, or DDOS attacks, or bugs. Of course, problems always exist, but with every problem I had on the servers regarding the particularities of each game, as well as connection problems, Logic Servers support was always willing to resolve the problem almost immediately.

So I have nothing to complain about.
I recently requested an Enshrouded server and even with the initial difficulties that the game itself has been experiencing, Logic Servers support provided temporary solutions to the problems.

Anyway, Logic Servers is impeccable. I love.

Simply - Logic Servers have the best customer service around, from setup to admin and support. No question is ignored, everything explained in simple terms - great guides and information available and above all responses to queries and issues are fast, very fast !

Been using these guys services for a few months now, So far i've been very happy with it, and they respond very fast on tickets if something goes wrong and you need help, i can't recommend them enough, 10/10 support and smooth servers.
