Very pure customer service

Very pure customer service. After reported multiple issues with:
False informations
Lack of informations
Lack of diagrams
I haven't been offered a solution to resolve above issues, but I've been intimidated with case in court against me if I will cancel subscription. In terms and conditions of this company is written that you need to give them a 2 MONTHS NOTICE OF CANCELATION. NO INFORMATIONS WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF INFORMATIONS PROVIDED ARE NOT OCCURRED. NO SOLUTION TO MY ISSUES!!!!
AFTER FREE TRIAL OR END OF CONTRACT YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY SUBSCRIBED FOR 12 MONTHS CONTRACT WHICH IS VERY PUSHY AND ILLEGAL TO DO.
NO RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!!
Example: one of the false INFORMATIONS in timing belt installation for Skoda Octavia 2020 1.0 TSI engine code: DKRF .
Basically there is wrong information provided in description VS torque settings.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, gave me a month's free trial, after a week i received a message saying "which package have you decided to buy?" Didn't give me chance to trial properly. Missed a call from them and received a WhatsApp message from a representative saying "I was a college graduate and I believe in the flow of communication, We invested time into your decision, so it's only right to keep us updated" very pushy!

Charged us €175 up front and then a…

Charged us €175 up front and then a subscription of £85 monthly for the Haynes Pro Workshop data. Very basic and limited software which would probably be sufficient for the occasional DIY-ER / home mechanic at very best, basically ok for someone who occasionally fixes there own vehicle. The illustrated diagrams are very very limited and mainly cover the very basics such as brakes, some models you'll be lucky if there's any diagrams available. The layouts terrible and very clumsy, and most data (lubricants/ torque settings/ capacities) within this software can be found for free with a quick google search (which is often quicker than navigating the software itself) The electrical side is probably it's only decent feature with good test procedures but this doesnt warrant even half of its monthly cost let alone the upfront payment.

Under repair data on this software it basically just shows you the estimated time and what new parts will be required. ( Ie - clutch job, 4 hours, replacement parts needed " new clutch") unlike autodata it doesnt mention what needs to be removed in order to complete the job. If anything this software will cost you workshop time and money and charge you for the privilege.

For anyone wanting a proffesional system stick to the original and the best "Autodata" which costs just £15 more monthly for the full package with no upfront deposit which these cowboys want.

We signed up and within 2 months have just cancelled our standing order as we just cant justify it, now back with Autodata and the difference really is night and day.

Had I spoken to other members within the motor trade before signing up to haynes pro I wouldn't of looked twice at this software, it's just to amateur for the proffesional motor trade user which seems to be the overall opinion.
