We’ve just had our garage converted and a new downstairs bathroom added and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The finish is excellent, the space looks fantastic, and the whole project has genuinely exceeded our expectations.

What really stood out was the team on site. They communicated well throughout, worked incredibly hard (often long days), and took real pride in every detail.

They were respectful, friendly, and made the whole process feel easy and well looked after. My children have already said they’ll miss having them around.

We’re genuinely grateful for the effort, care, and professionalism they brought to the job. We’d recommend them to anyone considering building or property work and can't wait to start phase 2 of our works with the same team!

The guys who carried out the renovation of my kitchen, were genuinely a nice bunch of blokes. They all turned up on time, they were polite & friendly,after each working day, they cleaned up after themselves, extremely well.. The communications with the lady in their office, was excellent. Any little extra bits I wanted doing, Chris was more than happy to do it, he gave me guidance on what would work & look good, and he was spot on, he is a true professional at what he does. Genuinely I can't fault any of the team or the work they carried out...I highly Recommend This Company, I am beyond happy with my new kitchen...5 ***** & 10/10 without any hesitation.

We have just had a bathroom refit the design they chose for us made the most of a small space the professionalism from Chris Betsy and Charles one of his builders who is so skilled and experienced has made a sad space look fantastic .

We needed our kitchen upgraded and chose logic property maintenance mr betsy came and gave us a clear consise quote he was able to advice what would work in our kitchen and what wouldn't the quality of the work was outstanding the attention to detail and care taken was 2nd to none Charles out builder from the team turned up on time worked hard was completely professional and did a wonderful job .I would highly recommend logic property maintenance and we have already pencilled then in to redo our bathroom 5 stars to chris betsy charles and his team

Absolutely brilliant service - Logic fitted my new flooring and the job was done efficiently and in fantastic time. Chris is a great visionary and a real character, I will definitely return to Logic for any other work I need done. 5/5 stars!
