A very frustrating and frankly embarrassing experience
I placed an order over a month ago for three items, but only received two. Since then, I’ve been trying to contact the company repeatedly to resolve the issue — with no success. There is no phone number provided on the website, and the number I managed to find elsewhere was unreachable. There is also no proper contact support, and my emails were ignored for weeks.
At this point, it’s no longer just about the missing item or the money — it’s about the complete lack of communication and customer service.
Only after multiple follow-ups I did finally receive a response stating that a refund would be processed. That was a week ago, and I still haven’t received my money.
It’s now been over a month since I placed the order, and the issue remains unresolved.
A very frustrating and frankly embarrassing experience — I would not recommend this company.
