Best sheets I have ever bought
I ordered Egyptian cotton sheets from Logan and Cove and couldn't be happier with the product and the company. The sheets are wonderful, crisp (without being scratchy), cool and the colour (sage green) is so soothing. The fitted sheet is deep enough for my mattress and the top sheet is extra wide (compared to other sheets I have bought in the past), so two people can sleep comfortably even if one is a sheet stealer. This is my first order from Logan and Cove - I will be buying more from them in the future!

Great customer service and quality
Great customer service and quality of products. I have ordered a mattress, adjustable bed frame and sheets over the past couple of years. All came in a timely manner and are great in quality. I needed headboard brackets which they sent free of charge and responded to any inquiries I had immediately.

Lovin our new bed
From start to finish, viewing bed, ordering bed to receiving bed was fantastic. We’ve been sleeping on for a couple of weeks and sleeping better then before and comfortably. The bedding and pillows that we received free with our purchase are so cozy and comfortable. The dealings with had with customers service although minimal were handled very professionally and they were all so kind.

Mattress didn't even last 2 years
EDIT - May 27th 2025 - Got a call from Logan & Cove today. They saw my reviews and after they went through the entire log of emails and my comments, I was offered a full refund. So I'm changing my score. However, I'm still wary because of a question I have: if I hadn't raised such a fuss, would I have ever gotten any resolution? Because at the end of the call, I was asked to 'remove your reviews'. So, was the refund because of the bad service, or because they want only good reviews? I don't know.

Bought a mattress from Logan & Cove in 2023. It's 2025, and the mattress is causing me so much pain I've moved to sleep on the couch most nights.
Customer Service has not been helpful. It was suggested to me to go see my doctor when I contacted them about the mattress. I contacted them since said mattress is supposed to come with a 15 year warranty.
Got tired of the blatant attempts at avoiding responsibility and the lack of help. So I was forced to go and buy another mattress. The Logan & Cove one is going to be recycled.
I wasted 1300$ for a mattress that didn't last two years. That's a lot of money for me, and I had to borrow money to get the new mattress from another Canadian company.
