Sturdy bed frame

We ordered the bed frame for my son, we are very pleased with the quality. There could have been some more updates on shipping, other than that we are happy with the service, would buy again.

Great sleep experience so far!..

We have only had the mattress for about one month, but so far we are liking it. There were some concerns regarding the delivery...late at night arrival for mattress around 8pm! Driver didnt have hand cart, was dragging across driveway until husband helped carry! Wondered if we were not home, how driver would get it up onto porch, or where and what condition it may have been.

3 years into purchase, our luxury hybrid mattress started sagging. Do not recommend.

In July 2021, I ordered the Logan & Cove Luxury Hybrid Pillow-Top Mattress in Medium Plush. Despite turning the mattress every 6 months, within 3 years the mattress caved in on both sides. There is a hump in the middle of the bed where neither of us sleep. We can't afford to upgrade to another mattress, so we've put an Endy firm mattress topper on top as a band-aid solution but it still isn't enough to fix the problem. My husband and I have had back pain since 2024 because of this mattress. As I lay on it right now my back is arched from the lack of support, and is causing me pain. I do not recommend this mattress brand at all!!!!

Easy purchase

Ordering a mattress online involved some trepidation, but your website is clear and easy to navigate, and your return guarantee is firm. The after delivery instructions were simple and clear too. I loved my mattress from the first day, I have been using it for just over two weeks. It became a touch softer and I hope this "softening" does not continue.

Do not buy from Logan and Cove! Poor quality and even worse customer service. Warranty is a sham.

We still stand by the concerns about quality and longevity, as the mattress was very uncomfortable after 2 years. However, since this review was posted, the company did reach out to offer a replacement or a refund, which we appreciated.

My partner and I bought a Logan & Cove mattress about two years ago. Unfortunately, it developed noticeable uneven soft spots and indentations that have made it increasingly uncomfortable. Both of us have started experiencing significant back pain, which we did not have before. This pushed us to contact customer support to address what we believed was a warranty issue.

Unfortunately, the response was extremely disappointing, dismissive and condescending.

Instead of acknowledging the clear changes in the mattress, the replies felt scripted and focused on attributing the problem to everything except the mattress itself. Their explanations pointed to:
• “Normal softening”
• “Uneven wear”
• The type of slats on our bed frame
• How we supposedly distribute weight while using the mattress
• And even recommendations to purchase a mattress topper to compensate!!!!

At no point did they take responsibility for the mattress’s premature loss of support after only two years. The tone of their communication felt dismissive, and more like an attempt to avoid processing a warranty claim than genuinely assisting a customer.

The most concerning part is their warranty standard: they only consider indentations greater than 2 inches to be a defect. By the time a sag reaches that depth, a mattress is functionally unusable. This threshold makes the warranty feel ineffective and nearly impossible to claim.

Even though we provided photos and a detailed explanation of the comfort issues and resulting back pain, their replies did not meaningfully address the core problem — that the mattress is no longer performing as a 2-year-old mattress reasonably should.

Overall, the experience left me with the impression that Logan & Cove’s warranty is not customer-focused and offers little practical protection. The product has not held up well at all, is poor quality, and the lack of support only adds to the frustration. I spent over $1300 on a mattress that was only comfortable for less than 2 years.

I regret purchasing from Logan & Cove.

Communication was poor

Communication was poor. For an online company emails need to be responded to clearly and within 1 business day. Your responses were 1 week or more and not addressing questions posed. It appeared like poor AI. You initial response after payment was good. Your response after damage product was fantastic - w/ exception it was delayed and very cryptic on next steps. In a few weeks a new mattress showed up at door and we had no knowledge of it even being shipped.

That communication trend continued when returning damaged mattress. I tried the online phone number and stayed in queue for over half hour and gave up. Pathetic

Communication and transparency leaves much to be desired.

On the positive side, the mattress seems great, the price seems more than competitive and the eventual resolution of the damaged item was good.
