Had a quick but not pushy response to my online request. The surveyor who came out was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. Arranging the date for installation was easy, quick and flexible. Kieran came to install and worked so hard, he literally didn’t stop and was really friendly. His work was great quality, he explained how to use the loft ladder and access well. Mess was kept to a minimum and was all cleared up by Kieran afterwards.

Kyle and Paul explained everything very well (3 times in my case) so I understood how to use my loft ladder and the loft flooring was done really well I am now able to use my loft (after 6 years of isolation) I am extremely happy with the work they did.

superb service, Paul and Kyle B came on the hottest day of the year and fitted a new loft floor, ladder and shelving, it was super hot in the loft but the lads didn't complain at all, they were very friendly and professional, great service and would defiantly recommend.

The communication was excellent. Had the survey promptly,, fitting was booked for about 10 days after.
The guys came done amazing job, very quick and great looking.
Cleaned everything after the job was finished.

Had a quote a year ago but unfortunately couldn’t go ahead. Got back in touch for a new quote. Pleasantly surprised, didn’t need a surveyor to come out again and they can just send an updated quote. New one came through not much difference in price from following year. Booked in quickly and efficiently. Tradesman came in the day and installed quickly and tidily as well. Loft hatch works and looks fantastic and same with boarding up today. Great service overall! Would highly recommend

Used the company to install access to the loft (wooden ladder) and then flooring across the entire loft (something like 4x4m). Amazed with the experience, very courteous polite workers, always turned up early, didn't leave a mess, prices seem in line with the market but really happy with communication, punctuality and the work itself

The loft boarders Paul and Kyle were polite, quick, and efficient. They did an excellent job in boarding my loft.

Excellent service. Jay and Brad did a fantastic job. So efficient, friendly and helpful - we now have plenty of storage space and lighting in our loft. The wooden ladders are sturdy so glad we went with this option. Would highly recommend.

The guys boarding my loft and installing a ladder were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Polite, friendly, professional and very hard working. They even cleaned up afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys at all. The price was competitive too. 5 stars 🌟

I’m very pleased with the service received from this company. Polite, professional and very helpful. I expected to need more loft insulation but they told me I didn’t so it’s nice to find someone honest. I now have safe access to a boarded out loft space which has increased my available storage hugely

From start to finish received and excellent service. The surveyor was very polite and professional taking time to show us the plan and products they’d used. Quotes came back quickly. The date of fitting was timely ie didn’t have to wait too long. The filters came on time. Again very polite and professional. The job it’s self I’m very pleased with. The fitters left the job clean and tidy. Finally the price what we paid was also good in comparison to other company’s. So yes in my experience I would definitely recommend this company.

From the initial quote being listened to and advised on the best way forward to the installation I cannot fault the company.
Even when rearranging the installation detailed communication was given and the end result is easily better than I could have asked for.
