I ordered a "handmade in London" pale green long cardigan. What arrived FROM A CHINESE FACTORY was rag that bore absolutely NO resemblance to the picture. When I asked to return, I was told I would have to post to China and not to the London address advertised on the website. This whole website is a scam - do not order from them. They will ghost you once you make a complaint. Nadia Ross

I bought a so called cashmere vest from Loecko London, described as Handmade in London. It arrived from China, with a label saying Made in China, and made from acrylic, nylon and polyester. A very poor reproduction of the one advertised. Asked for a refund, offered 20% discount to accept it, or post it back for a refund, cost of postage from the UK was £10. Total fraud. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Also blocked the company (based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA) from taking further payments. A lesson learned.
The advert was for a cashmere jumper…
