Sorry this hasn't landed the way you were hoping. Because period underwear sits directly against the body it counts as a hygiene product, so once the seal is broken we can't take it back for a refund. You'll find this set out on our Returns and Exchange policy and printed on the seal itself, so it can be checked before opening.

What we can do is arrange a replacement if the fit isn't right or if there's something wrong with the pair you received. Judging a size online is never straightforward, so we'd much rather get you into a style that actually works for you than leave you with something sitting in a drawer.

If you let us know how they felt when you tried them, we can suggest which size or model would suit you better and get that sent out.

Our orders are collected at our international shipping centre before going out in bulk, so the tracking can stay quiet for a while before Royal Mail picks it up for the final leg. We also don't sell jumpsuits, as our range is entirely period underwear and swimwear, so it looks like this review may have landed on the wrong company's page.

As set out in our Exchange and Return Policy, we're unable to accept returns once the seal has been broken, since period underwear is a hygiene product. Every company has its own policy on this, and ours is there for hygiene reasons rather than to make things difficult. What we do offer instead is our fit guarantee: the replacement pair itself is free, and we only ask a contribution towards shipping so we can get the right size out to you.

Judging a fit from a size guide alone is never easy, so we'd much rather sort out a size that actually works than leave you with something you can't wear.
