Lodge Brothers are an independent, employee owned funeral service. 7 generations of our family have been helping local families in their time of need. For 240 years we have provided funerals, both modern & traditional, with reverence and compassion, for all faiths and the non-religious. We can facilitate cremations, burials, direct cremations and remembrance services. We bring our Lodge difference to every service offered including our own legal team (providing wills, probate and lasting POAs) and our highly skilled masons providing unique memorials, inscriptions and design work. We have a dedicated Funeral Plan Team who can help with planning for the future with a funeral plan or funeral wishes. We also supply floral tributes, Orders of Service, cremation urns and keepsake jewellery.

All the staff I came in contact with…
All the staff I came in contact with were very kind, polite and sensitive. From my first visit to the funeral and afterwards , I was helped through the whole funeral process. Nothing was too much trouble.

The initial meeting was informative and good also information received was good. Any items that needed to be booked were complete and we were kept informed. Vicar and destination booked and the cars with drivers were on time , the guys who accompanied the cars were excellent and one calling before to make sure all was OK. All in all good experience. Professional and compassionate
Extremely happy with the service provided by Lodge Brothers in Twickenham. A difficult time was certainly made easier by the professional and compassionate way with which Julie took us from our first meeting through to the funeral for Mum.

Mum appreicated the home visit from Mark due to her mobility problems.All instructions noted and caried out as planned.
Jackie and Mark were friendly,helpful and very approachable at such a very difficult time.
Lovely respectful personal service carried out by Richard at the crematorium.
Good suggestions made at the crematorium from pallbears regarding talking family flowers in to chapel.
Mum was very pleased with the way her wishes were carried out for Dad.
Good personal honest advice from Lorna from the Legal service team regarding whether probate required.

Wonderful service
I cannot thank Hayley, Diane and the team highly enough for their help arranging my father's funeral. From the first phone call I made to them and right through to the day itself they were incredibly kind and professional. I'd never organised a funeral before but they talked me through everything that needed to be done, and came up with really helpful suggestions throughout including a fantastic caterer. They handled all the logistical arrangements so that I could focus on the personal things. Steve was the funeral conductor on the day and he was wonderful as well - he gave me a call the night before to talk it all through, and on the day he and the crew really honoured my Dad in every detail. I am so grateful to all of you for making a sad day a beautiful tribute.

Cyd was absolutely wonderful. Heart felt, sincere and I couldn’t have got through this difficult time without her. Such knowledge she brought and helped and guided me throughout, and even had special hugs for me when I had a few wobbles. As I say, I couldn’t have got through it without her. X

I used Lodge brothers in Sunbury on Thames for my farther’s funeral , all I can say is the service was excellent I had Mia deal with everything and she was so helpful. When things like this happen in life it’s hard to deal with and having someone like Mia help you through it explaining everything it takes the edge of a bit it’s very overwhelming.

An Exceptional, Compassionate, and Truly Professional Service.
After being badly let down by other funeral companies — unanswered calls, ignored emails, broken promises and months spent chasing a refund — I had lost all faith funeral companies. Then I found Lodge Brothers.
From my first contact to my last, they showed real care, compassion, understanding and professionalism. They listened, advised and guided me through everything, and treated my parents’ memory with the dignity that had been missing before.
The headstone they created is beautiful and crafted with genuine pride. It means so much to finally have a memorial that reflects the love my family holds for them.
Mary, Lyn and the whole team — I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the way you supported me throughout this entire process. Your kindness, patience and genuine care made an incredibly difficult time so much easier to navigate. Every conversation, every update, every detail was handled with such respect and compassion, and it truly meant the world to me and my family.

Extremely competent
From our first meeting Maaike was the ideal mix of compassion and helpfulness. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. Her gentle guidance was timely and appropriate. She was always available to answer questions and knew most of the answers immediately. On the day of the funeral Paul and his team were excellent. The funeral and cremation passed off without a hitch.

The efficiency of the restoration
The efficiency of the restoration, I haven’t seen the restored grave yet in person, only the photographs sent to me from Lodge brothers, which look like the work was carried very well and I hope to see it myself when I visit the grave in two weeks time.

Lodge brothers made the whole funeral…
Lodge brothers made the whole funeral and later there stonemasons work on Sally memorial Head Stone easy , commpasionet , smooth, and put family and relatives first with both Sally's wishes and the family's as well .
They kept me informed of what was happening and when as a courtesy . I found them very efficient and competitively priced . The stone masons went above and beyond on my wife's head stone which was stunning . as it was better than I was expecting as the craftsmanship was exceptional.
Would recommend lodge Brothers for all your funeral needs E T C .
