As you already said, Royal Mail delayed the custom process for so long. The package left Spain on January 10th and it took them 8 days to update the tracking status. They have probably had a significant increase in shipments and their system may have saturated. It usually takes about a week to arrive to the UK.

price is fair if you buy 3 figs or less, but otherwise importimg them from the usa is cheaper. very good customer service and fast delivery. So it has its pros and cons. But all in all a graet shop i will use again.
