It’s rare I give out praise but I cannot recommend Serge and the Dialock team highly enough!! My husband locked his keys in to the car and we thought we would have to break the window. One quick phone call to the lovely lady in Dialock and Serge was out to us with the problem solved in 20 mins. Really lovely team of people who are genuine, honest and extremely helpful!!

Janis is a highly professional and competent tradesman. Excellent level of service.

Locked myself and Janis got through rush hour traffic to save the day, and get me in the door. Was not an easy job, but he did a top job replacing the lock and putting the steel panel on. Was very happy with the service and the work done, and Janis himself was very helpful and friendly. Will ask for him again next time I need a good, reliable locksmith, and will happily recommend him to others going forward.

I had two doors that needed a new lock. Serge was the man that came to replace it. He was very nice and quick he is clearly very experienced as I had 2 whole new lock in less than 20 mins. Its a bit pricy but worth it

Thanks so much to Janis. My front door decided not to work around 11pm on a bank holiday when I arrived home. My key was stuck in the lock. When I rang they said around 40 minutes. He was here in 20 and sorted the problem straight away explaining everything as he went along and advised the different options. Highly recommend this company and Janis in particular.

Janis came earlier than expected and unlocked my door in about 5 seconds. He was also very nice, especially since it was late at night. Would recommend to anybody.

Janis fixed the door lock but very expensive even for a weekend call. I'll wait till Monday next time.

I had an issue with my UPVC door lock sticking, which was a huge pain. I called them up, and they were super responsive. The guy who showed up knew exactly what he was doing and got the job done in no time.
He even checked all my other locks without extra charge 💛

my back door lock failed on a Sunday morning, of all days! They were one of the few locksmiths that actually answered and sent someone over within the hour. The service was friendly and efficient, and the locksmith really knew his stuff. The price, though, was a bit more than I thought it would be for a weekend call-out, but honestly, having it fixed fast made it worth it.

I had them come out to replace a jammed lock on my back door.

The tech was friendly and fixed it up quickly. A bit more expensive than I expected, but they got the job done right, and there were no hidden charges, so I’m satisfied overall.

My car key broke off in the lock. They arrived fast and got it out without any damage. Good job!
