The man came out he was very helpful and he kept in touch with. He explained everything to me. 10 out 10 for his excellent service and cheerful.

From start to finish I can’t fault the service from booking in with the rac to locksmiths and lock whole process has been good . 3 day turn around after wife left key on roof to getting a new key . Appointment was booked around us and everything was explained and overall we are very happy .

Arrived well before the estimated time of arrival, without any fuss the locksmith had my new key programmed and cut within a brief period of time. Really friendly service. Super professional. And so much quicker than anticipated. Brilliant.

The lock smith was amazing

I've used Apex Locksmiths several tkmes, and he is friendly, profesional and knowlegable.

Both times there was a problem coding the key to the car (both Vauxh
alls, one a GMC and the other Stelantis).

He worked until the problem was resolved and the key working perfectly.

Anyone can code a key, but when things don't happen or work as they should, you need an expert in your corner.

I would recomend Apex Locksmiths, without hesitatiom.

The engineer was professional, fast, friendland did a great job a good service all round

Happy, friendly, got on with the job and was done in less time than advised. Checked I was happy before leaving. Seen to within 24 hours of claim going in

The engineer was very polite and skilled at his craft and had me up and running again within 20 mins of arriving.
There was a lengthy wait him for but I blame myself and my own stupidity for putting me in the position in the first place.
Apologies to the engineer for having climb over all the box packed furniture etc but we’d probably have needed a fire engine as well to extract me if I had done it!

They went above and beyound to get the locksmith out to me the same day, even though I contacted quiet late in the day. Kept me informed of what time he would arrive. Locksmith was great, knew his stuff

Arrived on time stated. Easy to contact. Great guy to talk to. He also explained I had to many keys on my car keys and could damage my ignition barrel saving me furthers costs down the line. Done the job super quick. 5 stars.
