Oh wow, their famous “cheapest price guarantee” is truly a masterpiece of modern marketing. I politely sent them a better deal they have on the xhorse dolphin 2 to match the price —boom, instant ghosting. No price match, no “sorry we lied,” just pure, professional silence. Chef’s kiss.

Customer service? Absolute legends. They’ll answer two emails like they care, then vanish the second you dare mention the promise they plastered everywhere. Truly next-level respect for the customer.

Quick and easy to order , i usually get my delivery in about 4 days .

I ordered items and paid for 2nd day delivery and 2nd day and 3rd day has come and gone and yet there’s no item. In all actuality, the items still shows no movement for over 24 hours and still in a completely different state. I now have to tell my customers to wait and am going to have to “eat the cost” all because the items paid for were not delivered when they were paid to be delivered. Very frustrating!

I’ve tried this company on various occasions and products are usually not functional. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’ve only had about a 2% success rate. Making returns is nearly impossible & when asked for paper receipt they refused and only provided email copy which took hours to get. The sales reps are not knowledgeable about the products they sell and never had any experience in the field.

Well, I ordered keys for two different cars from you. The Mercedes keys were the right keys, but the BMW keys were inaccurately listed as the type for my car. So when I took them to have them cut, I had to purchase new BMW keys. I cannot use the other blanks.

Very fast shipping I haven’t had the chance to go have it programmed yet and literally my luck the day before my replacement arrived I found my keys I’m still gonna make a spare to give to my friend just incase

Received my replacement key fob quickly. The search tool is great and narrowed it down to where all I had to do was verify the model. Hopefully I don’t need another key fob, but if I do, I will definitely purchase from here!
