Darren was very helpful when I called and was very open with his pricing based on what the problem may be, he came quickly, fixed the door and fitted a quality new lock and handles. Explained everything as he did the job. Really pleased and would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him. Thanks
Darren came to an emergency that happened at 6pm with one person locked in and the other locked out! We were so lucky to find him, he came out immediately and fixed the problem within the hour. Such a relief, great service, communication and a fair price. I'd have no hesitation in recommending his service.
My front door key snapped with half the key jammed in the lock. Called Darren from Lockshire and he was able to come out to house within half an hour. As well as removing the remainder of the key from lock, Darren sorted out the root cause of the problem and made some adjustments to the alignment of the door. Really quality service from a local business. Would highly recommend.
