We are a distribution depot that supplies companies nationwide and not a shop/trade counter. You are welcome to order items online for collection from our depot once the goods are ready, but walk ins are not the core of our business I'm afraid as our warehouse staff are often very busy and cannot always take the time to help figure out what items you need to order etc.

Hi Simon. Sorry for your negative experience with us and thank you for your review. It always helps us improve and grow as a company. In this particular instance, the items you ordered had a weight of 0kg in our website, which meant it charged the minimum carriage amount. When in fact the order weighed a total of 170kg! Hence the extra carriage fee. I understand hidden carriage fees are never fun and we have now rectified the weight of this product in our website. Many thanks!

Additional charge for delivery after…
Additional charge for delivery after already paying. The reason given was for bulky charge but the item size is shown online so surely this is known before it is being sent out.
Seems a ridiculous way to add an additional £50 on to an already expensive delivery

Hi Jonathan. We are sorry you feel you had a negative experience with us. However, our sales team did ring you and explain over the phone the reason for the additional charge. You ordered one item with an overall size of 3.66 x 1.0mtr and a total weight of 72kg. The only way we can ship this single item is on a pallet which requires 3 pallets spaces at a cost to us of £120 + VAT. The additional carriage charge was required on this instance and was in inline with our shipping policies which you have accepted at checkout and are made easily available to read on or website. You were also offered a full refund if you did not wish to proceed, but you went ahead with the extra carriage fee.
