Hired a locker at Download

HIred a locker at Download, checked the LH website carefully and booked a locker with a USB charger in it.
Got to the event and then they tell me the locker is in the camping area and not in the main arena area. Great- I dont have access to that area!
No staff on site to help out with any authority, no offer to swap the locker for one of the many empty ones in front of me so a wasted booking.
So either dont use these guys or check all the small print really carefully as they wont help you out if it goes wrong
