Still have not received product.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, Haven't had any problems with any of their products

No communication... Never received the product... Apparently it wasn't in stock... Had to call multiple times to cancel and then to get a refund

I’ve never received my product that I ordered

I tried to cancel my order because it wasn’t in stock and they said it was cancelled and I still haven’t gotten a refund in nearly a month. I cancelled the payment on my credit card and am waiting for the dispute to complete. I called them multiple times to ask about the status and I didn’t get a clear answer. I don’t recommend doing business with this company.

Still have not recieved product over a month later. So as far as a quality product, do not know. Company should advise about the wait times prior to purchase.

Well made perfect fit only thing the longer screws were to short had to change them no big deal

This is my third or forth console safe with Lock’er Down. The quality is top notch and not a single thing had corners cut to make a few extra bucks profit. Highly recommend the extreme safe over the normal version. Extra tough and secure. Ordering the long gun safe for under the back seat of the truck.

Was a little skeptical at first because of the skeletal construction of the safe which did not engender a lot of confidence that it would fit my 2024 RAM TRX....then had a hell of a time installing it because of the size of the space needed to get the safe into and my big fat hands none of which is Lock'er Down's fault. However once I got the safe fitted and installed I became extremely pleased with my purchase....it fit like a glove and is quite secure and sturdy and feels like a bullet proof vault and recommend this company to anyone who wants a heavy duty metal safe in their console.

The safe is built great but took over 8 weeks to receive. The installation was extremely easy except the supplied screws were to short. After I purchased screws the would work the safe was installed and not going to go anywhere. The last issue is on the order page they state you will jot be charged until the order is shipped but i was charged the day after i ordered my safe ($600). This led me to believe it would be coming soon but it was i. The fabrication process for 7 weeks according to the company. Overall a great product but will not go through them again.

Well designed and easy to install.

Well built product that was easy to install and works well after installation. The customer service person was helpful during the ordering process and easily answered all of my questions, including time frame for production and delivery and the safe was delivered within the projected timeframe she provided.

Third product I have bought.
1. the products are great:tough, good fit, etc., no complaints.
2. Delivery times are long: 6-8 weeks, you need to let people know on the website that these are built to order as most folks are expecting much faster delivery times. I know you cannot stock every version just let people know ahead of time.

I bought the "EXxtreme Console Safe® 2010-2024 Toyota 4Runner Model LD2048EX with the Metal-Cased Electronic Lock" for my 2018 Toyota 4Runner SR5 4x4. I installed it last night, and it took about 10 minutes from start to finish. I used it today, and I love it. Lock'er Down uses heavy-duty quality materials.

Quality products, great communication
