Be careful with the payment. They might keep charging you monthly after the service.
My problem was not with the experience itself. The person who received us there was nice and helpful. My problem is with the company. I made my reservation and payed for it by a link they sent before arrival. This was in October 2025. Then, I found that I am being charged in my credit card an huge amount monthly!!! November, December, January,... and it would keep going... An amount that I have no idea where it comes from. After several emails to this day, no one said sorry and gave me back my money. This is fraud and not acceptable at all.

Please note that, as per our rental terms clearly stated in the contract, a one-month notice is required to end the rental agreement. Unfortunately, we had not been informed that the box had been vacated, which is why the contract remained active and monthly charges continued. Once you reached out to our team in January, the termination was immediately processed and a refund for one month was issued as a gesture of goodwill.
