Absolutely love my Loci sneakers
I couldn’t be happier with my Loci's. From the moment I took them out of the box, you can tell the quality is on another level. The design is clean, modern and really versatile – they go with pretty much everything i am wearing, and I use them for the gym, which means I don't have to carry multiple sets of shoes.
Comfort-wise, they’re excellent. I’ve wear them all day most days, and they still feel great, which isn’t always the case with new trainers. They feel well-made, supportive and durable.
What I also really like is the sustainability aspect. It’s great to wear something that not only looks good but is also made with more responsible materials.
Overall, a brilliant purchase. Stylish, comfortable and high quality – I’ll definitely be buying another pair.

If I could give them a zero I would. Abysmal costumer service. Ordered a pair of jeans in the correct size February, and did not receive them untiled of March, over a month. They sent the wrong size!
I then ask them if I could to return incorrect item and for Lociwear to send correct size. They refuse and their solution was for me to take them, and my expense, to take them to a Taylor and have the altered. How do you make Jeans them longer?? They other solution was for me at my expense to ship them back to Japan They have my money and I have a pair of pants that I cannot wear. Never buy from Lociwear Again

Quality doesn’t match price & 4 months for a refund
Bought a pair of trainers in December 2025 and returned them the same week as didn’t feel great quality for the price. Only just received my refund in April 2026, exactly 4 months later.

Poor Customer service order not arrived
I made an order on 3rd April expecting delivery in 3 days I have had no updates and no delivery yet.
I have tried to contact LOCI through Facebook , Instagram , live chat and email and have not had a reply and doesn’t seems any other way to contact them.
Very poor I have paid a premium price for a premium brand but the service is sub standard
