Everything was great
Everything was great. Maybe the queuing at the airport to get the car was a bit long but otherwise nothing to complain about. Friendly and professional staff speaking very good English. The car was also top notch. Will use again definitely.

Advertised Toyota Aygo turned into Fiat Panda - multiple scratches on every side.
Advertised tire chains turned into tire socks - pretty useless in Dolomites.
Summer tires in winter.
At the car return a Locauto rep tried to frame me in a few scratches but ultimately he gave up.
The positive - smart checkin works really good and fast.

Hi Piotr, thank you for your feedback and for using our smart check-in system, which really helps to speed up the process at the counter. During the winter season Locauto provides snow chains and snow socks for free. If available, winter tyres are payable at the counter.

The reception at the Treviso airport…
The reception at the Treviso airport desk by Luca F was excellent from the very beginning. That is very important because he was the face of the company.
I had booked a car with winter tyres as I was going skiing in the Dolomites. Luca suggested I upgrade by paying a difference and take a 4x4 SUV, which I finally accepted. It was really good advice and a good decision. We had several days of snowfall and the accommodation we rented was up a hill.
We will repeat!
