Very nice and helpful
The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was as agreed, no surprises. We chose them because we could pay by debit card. No credit card was needed. This is quite rare in Italy.

Terrible experience
First of all, it was mentioned that small car will be given and can be selected. Nothing happenned. Only 1 car was available - Lancia Ypsilon. Why ? Not a good car at all, even more not like expected. Secondly, it was written in your system that air conditioneer will be in the car. Again, did not received that. Only simple weather inside car when outside was +35 of Celsius. In the end, also was written that roas taxes will be included but for all roads I have paid by myself. Why you are writing these terms if none of them are providing ? Terrible and very bad experience with you

I did not know this company before an i decided to use it because they don't need a deposit. Other companies wanted 1.800 EUR and this i can not acceptable. I was curious how it will works and everything was perfect.
