Fill the gas tank the night before returning it, and perhaps from the gas station to the return location the gas gauge came down just one line, just one line, and only for that I was charged like 70 euros
So is this good Customer Service? Absolutely not !!! This is stealing from a Customer this is so low and cheap, that I Can not beleave a Car Rental company Can do this

Such good service, except for one thing
The vehicle was great, and the service very friendly and efficient, except for one thing. On collection there was a shallow, long scratch which was not noted. I asked the agent to note it, but on returning the car it was clear the note had not been made, and there was an effort to blame the scratch on us.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Made a reservation very last minute (the night before) and car was cheaper than other places, very clean, staff was very friendly and made the whole process smooth. They’re very transparent, providing you with detailed documents and the absence of a deposit fee is a very nice bonus. Would definitely rent a car here again, super easy, and would recommend to friends and family!
