We liked the car but, not for the first time, were unable to easily sign it off when we returned it. Friendly reception but it a bit worrying to discover that roadside assistance is not part of the standard deal and has to be purchased separately.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent rental with ACA Auto. The vehicle I had requested did not match my request at all.

The customer service was friendly, but that did not make up for the issue. My vehicle was only given to me 40 minutes after my arrival, supposedly due to unavailability, even though there were many vehicles available. This wait was even more disappointing because my flight had arrived earlier than expected.

Therefore, I was not satisfied with the customer service or the handling of the vehicle provision.

The staff are excellent with great customer care. Unfortunately I requested a VW T Cross as we had 4 passengers and luggage. They gave me a Cupra sporty thing that was too small. So beware their " or similar" is not accurate and they group totally different bodied vehicles together.

Locauto is our ‘go-to’ car rental place if possible. They are extremely helpful and one of the few companies that still check the car out and in with you present, to check for damage and assist if you’re unsure with anything on the car. They really are the best!

We left our wallet in the rental car. When we got home, we wrote a letter, but Locauto didn't even respond. In my country, not returning a wallet is theft. Is it different in Italy?

Hi, all proceeding of renting was very fast. Car was clean and all the documents well prepared. I put all my documents in advance what probably speed take it the car. All instructions was clear and good explained on the desk. It was possible to spoke in English. I really recommend Locauto!
