Sightseeing around Parma
Rented from this company in Parma, Italy. Very smooth process, and the employee, Manuel, spoke very good English, which made the process very easy. My hybrid Panda was just right for driving around the countryside, and drove smoothly. We visited the Parmesan cheese factory and the prosciutto factory. Check in at the end of the rental was smooth and quick. I do wish they had been open Sunday for vehicle return, even with some automated system, because I would have kept the car one more day for more exploration! But none of the agencies here are open Sundays.

Paid full insurance
The rental was for 10 days and we paid full insurance, upon returning the car we were told that we have to clean the car carpets. This was never asked by other car rentals. We were on holiday therefore we didn't have vacuum cleaner. What do you expect after 10 days the car will be clean?

Hiding the 59 minute tolerance
The car was great. However the people at the desk convinced me in paying 30 Euro extra for protection on supplementary time without telling me that there was a 59 minute tolerance.
